A wonderful stay. The food was very good, the room was large and clean. The people are wonderful, helpful and accommodating. The only issue I had was my room was not cleaned until after 4pm. I love an afternoon nap after spending the day in the sun but wasn't able to.

Our stay at Serenade was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Wish the moral amongst the staff was consistent. We had some great servers and helpful employees, and we had some terrible interactions with others; some made us feel not welcome. Food was great, drinks were great, resort was clean.

Our room was spotless as well as the reat of the hotel and the staff was so friendly and courteous! Especially Ruth! The amenities in the room were great and the beach was awesome! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that I felt the adult side had fewer specialty restaurants. But the food at the restaurants we had was outstanding!!!

The rooms were cleaned and stocked with amenities. The staff were excellent! From the front desk to the restaurants and bars. There was so much to do everyday and night. Plenty of activities and events. You truly don’t have to leave the resort. I loved everything about my experience at Serenade All Suites and I will definitely be going back. I love Luis and Omar! My two favorite guys!
