"We had a great time. Definitely worth visiting. Only complaints are we got suckered into a 3 hour presentation where we were solicited a $10,000 club membership, one of the restaurants wasn’t open the whole time we were here & if you want to eat at the restaurants that require reservations then you have to make them before 9 am "

"I had a very enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was designed to make the stay as relaxing and stress-free as possible. Check-in was smooth, and I was immediately welcomed when I entered the doors, which set the tone for the rest of the trip. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice view and daily housekeeping that kept everything in great condition. The entertainment at the resort was also amazing especially the Michael Jackson show."

"The site is 5 stars, the staff is 5 stars, the building needs refreshing and some renovations, it looks good but many things don't work properly, the food services are not constant, they vary from day to day in the same restaurants. Must have been 5 stars when new."
