Everything was beautiful. There seems to be a battle every day for shaded areas on the beach but especially pool side. Could add a lot of the portable umbrellas so everyone can have shade. Wonderful resort otherwise

We recently stayed at El Beso at Ocean Hotels in Punta Cana, and while there were a few positives, our overall experience was overshadowed by a serious incident and some pretty underwhelming basics. The most important thing to address is an incident that occurred during one of the sales presentations we were strongly encouraged (borderline pressured) to attend. While I stepped away briefly, the salesperson made a series of lewd and inappropriate comments to my partner. It left her feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, and it unfortunately set the tone for the rest of the trip. We chose not to report it immediately while still on the property because we didn’t feel comfortable doing so. Instead, we raised it with the resort on the day we left. I made it clear at the time that I wasn’t looking for compensation—what I asked for was a follow-up outlining what actions would be taken regarding that employee, because I don’t think someone who behaves that way should be interacting with guests. I also said that if I received that response within two weeks, I would leave this out of my review. It’s now been a month with no response, which is why I’m including it here. Outside of that, the resort itself had some ups and downs. The drinks were consistently good, and the overall price for the trip felt reasonable for an all-inclusive. However, the food was largely disappointing. The Italian restaurant was especially rough—my chicken parm came out cold, with the cheese already hardened

The place was nice. Our room was very roomy and comfortable. We loved the adults side and the swim up pool.but the buffet was nothing to write home to mom about. The only thing Mexican about the Mexican restaurant was the chips and guacamole. The food at the Mexican restaurant was disgusting, mushroom tacos with rubbery mushrooms and my fish was mushy and had no flavor. We would love to stay here again and I hope you work on the restaurants.

Just returned from our 2nd trip to El Beso adults only at Ocean El Faro, and it won’t be our last. The hotel is beautiful and has one of the most impressive lobbies of any resort that we have visited. The piano bar in the main lobby was a highlight which we enjoyed most evenings. Despite being Spring Break, we were able to enjoy the many restaurants and the reservation system was very user-friendly. We were especially impressed by the quality of the steaks that we enjoyed at several of the restaurants. Special thanks to José, our concierge, who catered to us during our stay and was able to promptly assist us with all of our questions and special requests. He helped to make our stay very memorable and seamless. Special thanks to Christina and Isaac at Pez Dama for the excellent service. ElBeso at ElFaro is excellent value for money and we will definitely be returning again.

Nuestra estancia del 18 al 23 de marzo en este resort fue una experiencia de contrastes. El hotel es visualmente impresionante, muy grande y bonito, pero lamentablemente la experiencia en la habitación dejó mucho que desear. Al llegar, encontramos la perilla del agua rota, un foco fundido y una fuga en la taza del baño. Aunque la atención técnica fue rápida, el problema de la taza del baño persistió durante toda la estancia En cuanto a la gastronomía, los restaurantes de especialidad son excelentes y la cafetería es un 10 de 10, al igual que los bares. The hotel was standard, the food in the Mexican restaurant and steakhouse was excellent. Food everywhere else was standard. Not enough sun beds, but good pool environment with one loud and one quiet pool. Rooms were clean and cleaned regularly. Things were a good distance from the rooms. Lots of choices for bars. The coffee shop was a disaster, took forever to serve customers and always had a line up.Lazy river was very fun and has a pool bar off of it.Had the best massage ever at the spa, but very pricey, wait for them to come out to the pool area, which they did most days, and negotiate a deal.

Rooftop room with jacuzzi was awesome. View of pool, mountains and ocean. Very lively main pool with lots of activities. Beach is terrible but we aren’t beach people anyway. Mostly friendly staff. Would definitely return.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Randy, Emmanuel, and Miguel provided exceptional service to us our whole stay. The beach was so beautiful and loved all the food we tried! We went to the spa several days and were pampered by the staff there. Can’t wait to come back!

The rooms, amenities, restaurants and food were awesome. The only hiccup was at the fesca bar was tough to get service at times. Never when Julian was working. He was amazing where ever he was scheduled and it seemed like he was everywhere. Lol Always walking around with a smile on his face checking on everyone to see they had everything they needed. Special shout out to our VIP concierge Josè Miguel Jimenez. I have never had a concierge before and now I don't if I could vacation without one. Josè made our entire stay amazing and hassle free. Not once did I ever have to go looking for him. He checked in with me both in person and via text throughout the day to see if there was anything we needed. He made sure what activities and events were happening each day. He made our stay so relaxing. The next concierge we have on vacation will have very big shoes to fill.

This was a fantastic resort we enjoyed ourselves so much..our Guest specialists Carlos Enrique was 10/10 amazing and so incredibly helpful with anything we needed. Food was fantastic, entertainment was great and housekeeping really took care of us..

Most of the resort was wonderful. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, the property is beautiful, well maintained, and easy to navigate. The pools and lazy river were extraordinary and there seemed to be a bar everywhere you turn so no shortage of drinks! The only problem is the food, the best restaurant was the Japanese steak house it was the best meal we had there but probably the worst Hibachi I’ve had…there were multiple places to get French fries and thankfully so because that was really the only good food…the question have you found good food? Was asked to us by multiple people and it seemed to be the consensus that the fries were good…they do have a coffee shop with good coffee and decent pastries but overall if you’re a foodie this isn’t the place for you. It was a wonderful getaway and I don’t regret going but I don’t think I’ll go back…if good food isn’t important for your trip then this is the place for you, I have zero complaints about anything other than the food quality!

This is a fabulous resort. Food was on point. The staff goes out of their way whether it be bartenders waitress housekeeping they are all fantastic. The only downfall is if you want a chair or a cabana by the pool, you have to get up by 6 AM.
