Property was beautiful. They do seem to have a handful of stray cats, but they dont bother, and honestly there werent too many. The rooms were very clean, the pool staff and bartenders were very attentive. We had a swim up suite and it was worth EVERY penny. The luxury of having a pool at 1 AM was great. We also had our own Concierge Jose, who was nothing short of amazing. He provided our pool towels, got us anything we needed, made our dinner reservations. Overall it was an amazing resort and we will surely be returning.

The hospitality was amazing, especially our Butler Deiby. We enjoyed everything about this property, we would definitely recommend it family and friends. Deiby made sure to make frequent check ins and was always available to us. The entire staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

Great resort, excellent customer service by all employees, only con was the Sakura restaurant (hibachi restaurant) AC wasn’t working there and the food was terrible. Buffet wasn’t as great but other than that it was a good stay!

Kevin Paulino made our stay amazing, he booked all of our dinner reservations and was always there if we needed anything. I highly recommend Oceans El faro, the swim up pool was icing on the cake.

I liked our concierge Kevin he was very helpful and hands on followed up quickly with all my requests was able to squeeze me in reservations last minute and kept me updated with what was going on at the hotel Only issues we had was the room service not knocking before entering and having to walk everywhere due to no convenient cart service

Service was excellent. Specially at the beach bar where Dauris (unsure of speaking) was very attentive, courteous and always sharing good energy. The selection of fish served at El Mercado and Pez Dama could be a little wider. The Japanese restaurant was the best meal, closely followed by the Mexican restaurant. The staff kept the hotel very clean and the shows were super fun (especially The Dominican one!)

Room service is limited for non-privliege guests, el mercado buffet is very limited, snack hut on el beso side is disappointing. If you're going to offer savory crepes, then make them right! I got a warm plain crepe and 5 mozzarella balls with cherry tomatoes on the side as "the caprese". I assumed the mozarella would be melted within the crepe...it was not. The sad tacos they offered one day tasted like last night's leftovers....hard tortillas, overcooked beef and veggies. Servers not welcoming either. Didn't seem to like being there. I understand it's hot, but do your job if you expect a tip. I'm not tipping for attitude. Junior rooftop suite was nice though. Lovely private space, great for nude tanning! Minibar not consistently stocked. Had to call thrice during my 2 week stay to inquire. Guest services....i don't understand their function. I did not find them helpful and actually they called my room 3 times and whatsapped me twice to ask about my experience but did nothing to improve it. Despite advertising airport shuttle service, they actually mean they'll call a $70 taxi for you. Save yourself the hassle and make your own transportation arrangements. Lesson for the future! Pool bar and service were good. Ocean not accessible due to the mountains of sargassum. Nature can't be stopped, but comp your guests since we're losing access to a main attraction of your resort.

The property was absolutely beautiful and staying on the adults only portion made my stay even better. It was serene and just as beautiful as pictured. There were a ton of food options, but being aware of the times certain items were available is extremely important. So I’d highly recommend anyone to take advantage of the concierge that assists with booking ahead of time for you. I booked a massage at the spa and it was such an amazing experience. Definitely a highlight of my stay. Lastly, having private or pre-planned transportation made a huge difference. Things are not in walking distance off the property grounds. Overall, I would stay at this resort again.

The hotel offers a lot of great activities, but unfortunately the rest of the experience fell short. I tried reaching out for help several times during my stay and got no response until the last day — when it was too late to fix anything. The staff at El Beso reception were rude and unhelpful. I had requested restaurant reservations for my birthday week well in advance, and when I arrived, they just said everything was full. No one made any effort to assist or offer alternatives. The reservation system is a mess — they say it opens at 8am, but it’s always booked. The food at the restaurants was bland and disappointing. The buffet was just okay. The only great food came from the poolside snack stands. Clean facilities, but the constant upselling and lack of hospitality ruined the vibe. The one highlight of the trip? Berwin at the pool bar — he was amazing, super friendly, and truly made guests feel welcome. Too bad the rest of the staff didn’t follow his example. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Property was great and room was fabulous with my own pool off the balcony . Miguel took such good care of me and my friends . Maid was awesome . Not one thing bad to say about anything

More friendly and hospitality. The food was always cold my private pool was fill with bird poop when I arrived. The pool closed early and they don't have a lot of activities interactions with the guest.
