AMAZING! We had such a great time. It was incredibly beautiful. Truly paradise. The spa services were fantastic. So relaxing. We went multiple days as it was included in our stay. Best part of our days. Muoi was fantastic Vietnamese experience!

We've had the most lovely time we could ever expect as a gay couple. We had a great check in experience with Junior supporting us throughout the whole stay, recommendations, attention to detail in our room, quick fixes where any issue arose if any, help booking restaurants and making sure everyday I was greeted and asked how my day was and if we needed anything. Junior has made our stay an unforgettable one and at any given point we have felt uncomfortable for being a gay couple , he has made sure we were welcomed and treated with respect like everybody else, and these are values we both live for and help us to spread the experience across our connections, family members, friends, coworkers, neighbours etc. The rest of the staff has been very friendly and supportive, making sure we were participating in every activity that was on the day, great chats and warm connections. In all honesty pictures does not make justice but every single person that works at the Resort, they will call you Family and make you feel at home. We are looking forward to visit again soon. 10/10 again for Junior Taveras.

This resort offers so much to do, you’ll seriously never need to leave & wont be able to experience it all in one trip. The big boss juan santos hes is TOP NOTCH! he scheduled all our reservations and made every element of this birthday trip special! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I would like to share that we truly loved and enjoyed our stay in Melia Punta Cana and the part which we loved the most are the staff, who put a lot of effort to make your stay great and they are super friendly! The hotel is beautiful, the reception, lobby, pool area, Wellness House, Beach, we really have nothing to complain about and I am very surprised that people would have anything negative to stay. The food is great at the buffet, they even make a Taino experience at one of the restaurents which is fantastic, there is a great variety for any taste. The hotel space is beautiful, and all the buildings & nature we having the breakfast and lunch buffer restaurent by the beach is fantstic. The staff are great and they organise even in low season, a lot of activities both during the day and the evening to ensure the guests are always entertained. We absolutely loved the animators team and want to send a huge thanks to Mr. santos, he took care us with late check out at the last minute Maria, Diana, Jeremy and the bartender Darlin, who are truly the best and we definitely be back just to see them again. Honestly, Melia Punta Cana is amazing place and we definitely be back soon.

Review of Our Stay at Meliá Punta Cana Hotel & Spa Overall, my recent stay in Punta Cana was a fantastic experience with just a few areas for improvement. The resort’s exterior, pools, bars, restaurants, and grounds were absolutely 5-star—beautifully maintained and truly stunning. The outdoor vibe was everything you’d hope for in a tropical getaway. Inside the room, however, things were a bit less impressive. The furniture and cleanliness were about 4 stars, and the bathroom closer to 3.5 stars. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely room for improvement compared to the rest of the property. The entertainment team—Maria Maria, Gerlyn, and Jefferey “Chocolate Sexy”—were phenomenal, 5 stars all the way, and our concierge Jenika was incredible. They were fun, energetic, and welcoming, making every guest feel included and entertained. They truly elevated the experience. The food was outstanding for an all-inclusive resort. One thing I really appreciated is that they don’t nickel-and-dime you for extras or hit you with confusing charges. Everything is clear and upfront, which makes for a stress-free stay. If you’re not familiar with Meliá Punta Cana, it’s important to know that the resort is split into two distinct areas: • One side has the entertainment and restaurants. • The other side is where the beach and pools are. We chose to stay in the rooms by the beach, and I highly recommend requesting rooms in the 0400, 0500, or 0600 buildings for easy beach access. If you stay on the othe

We traveled with 3 couples for vacation. Used Diamond tours for Round-trip transfers. Van was clean and driver was nice.. did take 20 minutes for arrival to pick us up at the airport but return transfer was fine. We stayed at Melita adult wellness resort. We we love the resort and the peaceful serenity that surrounded us at check-in. We were upgraded to building six and building four the rooms could use some TLC, but the grounds and the amenities make up for any room deficiencies staff was more than accommodating. They met and exceeded our expectations. Our concierge‘s. Jenika Honore was extraordinary in getting us reservations and assisting with obtaining medication when one of our party got sick. The activities were fantastic. We participated in Zumba water aerobics Beach volleyball hat decorating salsa dancing. The activity staff encouraged, but did not push you to participate, which we liked. Shout out to Jean Geto and “sexy chocolate” (never did get his real name). of the activity staff for making dance lessons so much fun. We enjoyed the various restaurants and the perks provided through Expedia including $90 in Spa credits, late check out a bottle of rum and room upgrade. I enjoyed a coffee and sugar rub Massage that will keep me dreaming of returning to this resort.

The resort was wonderful. We had Juan and Eddie as our guest service representatives and they did an incredible job at making sure we were taken care of. They scheduled dinner reservations, checked in through the week, and were very friendly. Will definitely come back.

Amazing location and lay out - staff was very courteous - would strongly recommend to be more efficient in checking guests in. It took me TWO hours to get to my room....other than that the food and beverage as well as entertainment is fantastic.

The resort is very beautiful, only 25 minutes from the airport. It is a "wellness retreat" so the atmosphere is overall very quiet and calming. The room was nice and cleaned daily. My only complaint is that the food choices are a little limited. But the food is very tasty so I didn’t mind eating similar things during my stay. We are American so there was a bit of a Spanish language barrier, but all staff were welcoming and friendly (Frankeila, Navidad, jc santos, Maribel, Keren) I would recommend this resort!
