「Great experience」

「restaurant were not booked even with oral confirmations Very humid inside the room Can’t flash toilet papers in the toilet Shower was too hot and too cold Foods are terrible Only two options for breakfast and lunch The numbers of buses for transportation in the resort was too small Luggage was not picked up at the booked time 」

「ジュニアスイートに泊まりました。景色ぐオーシャンフロント、カリブ海に夢見たロマンティックな雰囲気でした。」

「It was a great experience, very comfortable stay clean property. The staff member our Butler was very pleasant, informative and helpful. He would always keep us uptodate with our reservations and would change when we asked . Would let us know the schedule on time , And when we were not able to get rides from the travel club . He would always ready to send one for us. We are so glad we had him as our butler .He certainly needs a recognition and a promotion.」

「tudo maravilhoso!!」
