The facilities are great, the rooms are comfortable and cleaned every day. The food is also great, with options for kids. My son enjoyed the pool and the attractions, the green areas to walk around. We definitely will come back.

We found that there were staff members super nice with excellent customer service but there were others that treated everyone like they didn’t really wanted to be there at all. There’s very little explanation about what type of activities you can find and how to book a restaurant reservation. We were able to eat at a teppanyaki restaurant that didn’t have AC, it came to a point where it felt really hot. Besides these things, I think is a good place to stay.

Awesome location for a family trip! We traveled here for a week with our 3 kids ages 6, 3, and 4 months old. The beach was wide and beautiful. There are plenty of chairs near umbrellas for shade but also a large area for kids to play in the sand and swim in the ocean. My kids loved the 2 kid pools with slides. We didn’t do too many of the kids club activities since we stayed at the beach most of the time, but the ones we did participate in were fun. Food was amazing. We really loved the Indian restaurant. The buffets have a great selection. Every staff member was kind and helpful and so friendly with our kids. The nature path was also fun for the kids. They loved spotting all of the different birds and turtles on the property. We would definitely come here again in the future.

Upon arrival I was told my room wasn’t ready and it was now 5pm which is no big deal. Then finally the room was ready and after getting in, there was water leaking everywhere from the AC. I called the guest service number and they said they would maintenance. After an hour nobody came. I stopped by the front desk and they said they will try again. I go to the buffet and come back and they just put towels on the floor. I asked for a different room but said I couldn’t because it’s sold out. I slipped and fell going to the bathroom because the water was literally everywhere. I really liked the resort and might come back but that was just ridiculous.

The resort is family friendly. Upon arriving, the staff were very welcoming. Just be aware that they will ask you to spend at least 90 minutes the next morning after breakfast for Royal Vacation Club, basically a timeshare thing. We spent more than that time and they tried to convince us to sign up but at the end, we were not interested and we really needed to attend back with our kids. We reserved a family suite with a shared pool that is right outside. It appeared clean and it was very nice that they provided us plenty of water bottles, towels and goodies. I just wished they have hooks to hang up wet bath towels and bigger garbage cans since we have 3 kids. The buffet meals were pretty decent with different varieties every day. The tranporter to go to the beach was also very convenient. Another major issue that we had was when we needed someone to unclog our toilet, it took over an hour waiting. The 3rd time my husband went to ask where was the plumber, they told him that he was eating. We were not happy about that because my kids and I needed to shower after we were in the pool. We couldn't shower because originally they told us that the plumber was coming within 15 mins and the shower wall was transparent. But otherwise, we would still recommend it for families because overall, my kids had a great time with the pools and the lovely beach.

personal de hotel muy malcriados los unicos que podemos decir que fueron buenas personas en el area de lobby es Danna y Nes ,Vimos un raton por el area de buffet,agua caliente no funcionaba en algunas horas me cobraron a mi niña de 12 años como huesped extra cuando me dijeron que se supone que no el hotel me indica que es culpa de expedia que le haga la reclamacion y aun estoy esperando no lo recomiendo

Great family resort, mainly friendly staff, great food selection but no evelator while my stay and my shower head felt off at 4am while sleeping. Need a little up keeping but worth checking it up

For those who have kids and would also like to enjoy a good time with their wife or husband, this is the perfect place to go. While your kids are having fun, you can relax and enjoy yourself as well. The environment is simple, clean, and very welcoming. You’ll find a nice mix of people here, creating a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. Most importantly, the staff are incredibly friendly and always give their best, just like the food, which is consistently great. Overall, this place is highly recommended, a simple yet wonderful spot with a great vibe for both families and couples.

This was a good place overall. The pool outside of our room was awesome (in family section) and the room overall was great. The Bavaro beach was the way to go- great sand and lovely water! If you want to stay on the beach- don’t stay at the family princess section. You need to take a “train” from family section to the beach. They said it runs on Dominican time, but we honestly didn’t have to wait more than 5 min when we wanted to go. Otherwise it’s a 15 min walk. The family section could use some repair.. tiles missing on steps and in kids pool. My daughter cut her toe and foot twice on missing sections. My son has an allergy. Not allergy friendly at all, as most people at buffet don’t know if it contains the allergen or not. I didn’t love the food at the buffet and food at dinner was slightly better. At the dinner restaurants we told them of the allergy but one place made a mistake and I’m glad I am vigilant about it. It’s reasonably priced for what you get. If you opt for “shared transport” for airport transfer note that you are going with other people from other hotels. You may be making multiple stops which means it’ll take longer. Note: family princess section does not mean platinum. You can upgrade to platinum once you get there for more dining options. Only food trucks were option for family princess if down at the beach. They said it opens at 11 but really opened at 12. Their menu was more limited then what they advertised.

A lot of different restaurants in the hotel that accommodates a large crowd. Many activities for adults and kids. The staff was very attentive to the guests and were very helpful with suggestions.

Our sheets in our room weren’t clean, our shower had no hot water . Changed rooms and was better . Beach and kids water slide area were great. Trolley ride was always available. . The property itself was well maintained . Food was okay. Kids buffet was where I would eat to get good food.
