We had a great stay! We stayed for 7 days and really enjoyed it. We loved Ray from entertainment, he was always keeping the energy high and was so fun. Caeser and the other guys from the swim up bar were always amazing and made amazing drinks! We also really enjoyed Mr. Chelly’s fitness classes. overall it was a great stay.

Yanet is a life saver and just an awesome person. The entire stay was perfect and I enjoyed every minute of it. From the vibe team to the staff to the food to the bar to the pool and to the awesome ocean and boogie boards! The resort is beautiful, the grounds are extremely well maintained, and the friendliest people i've ever met. This resort is designed to be social and this place truly got me out of my shell. Yanet was so gracious and I'm grateful to her as she went above and beyond for my best friend's birthday and even decorated his room; She made his day very special and I can't thank her enough; I am truly going to miss this paradise of a resort, as I'm not back to reality and back to the grind! I will be back and I highly recommend this resort!!

We boooked this hotel because we thought it was a party hotel. It is definitely is a party hotel if you are older or you’re looking for a quiet peaceful place to go. The room was OK we did have a minor inconvenience, but they fixed it rather quickly. The staff made the stay 100 times better. They are AMAZING !! The food is like any of the resort it’s mid at best, but you can find what you like and stick to it.

Great one stop stay with all amenities. You don’t have to leave the resort if you don’t want to. Staff could be friendlier. They don’t all say hello how are you when you walk past them. Customer service is very important. You people make our stay memorable or not. Great entertainment every night.

Just returned from 6 nights there and had a wonderful time! The staff was incredible, and our butler, Johnny, made our stay so easy with getting us reservations every night! We stayed in 8315, and I would definitely recommend that room for the ocean views!

The hotel is an all in one stop for people seeking a get away. Shops, entertainment all at resort. Food was excellent all times of day. My only criticism is the lack of consistent friendly staff. The only people who stood out because they were so friendly and welcoming were Olvin in Vespa, Gabriel who was everywhere! The staff at main bar in lobby. Don’t just walk past hotel guests and not say hello and how is your stay with us so far. Customer service goes a long way.

We had an amazing stay at Royalton Chic Punta Cana! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating from start to finish. A special shoutout to Sindy at the front desk—she was knowledgeable, professional, and surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a swim-up Junior Luxury room with butler service. We were beyond excited! Our butler, Joan, was exceptional. He kept us informed about daily activities, made sure we were well taken care of the entire stay, and even helped recover my phone after I left it behind on an excursion—truly above and beyond service. The entire resort staff was welcoming and always ready to assist. We loved the daily events and nightly entertainment—there was never a dull moment. And the bar service? Top tier! The drinks were delicious, and we never had to deal with long lines or wait times. As a foodie, I was pleased with the variety and quality of the food options. I highly recommend Royalton Chic Punta Cana for your next vacation—we’ll definitely be back!
