「The staff were outstanding」

「Room cleansing is the worst. It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues. The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal. This place was rated harshly because it is 4 stars.」

「The facilities were spectacular, the beach was exceptionally clean, entertainment was fabulous! Would defiantly recommend to enjoy their stay at Serenade. The Spa would need to adjust their prices to a more reasonable rates. Spa is definitely overcharging for their facilities use, and their massages. Facilities use as $60!! should be more like $25-$35. Massages were $199 p/p. should be more in rage of $100-150. I could have used less in "selling" from the hotel staff on the excursions. 」

「We went for my husband's 50th birthday and had a great time. The rooms and grounds were beautiful. There was always something to do, You could relax or party. Your choice. I thought the food was very good. Especially the Strip steakhouse, Sofritos which served authentic Dominican food, and the Italian Restaurant on the Dreams Onyx side which we had access to. The only recommendation I have to improve the experience for travelers is that there should be more beach/pool chairs available. The...
