The location was excellent—only about 20 minutes from Punta Cana Airport, which was very convenient since my family and I were staying just one night before an early flight. The hotel and its amenities looked nice, but we had a major issue with the bed in the master bedroom. It came apart simply from sitting on it, making it unusable. When I called the front desk, I was told maintenance could look at it the next morning, which wasn't helpful since we were checking out early. As a result, I had to sleep on the couch. It was disappointing that such a basic issue couldn't be resolved.

As a regular traveler, the property was nothing out of this world but the space in the room was nice. The shower could use better cleaning. There was no dish soap so there was no point in having a kitchen with dishes unless the expectation was to leave dirty dishes in the sink. The staff was nice. Overall the price wasn’t too bad for what you get. We only stayed there temporarily for one day so I cannot really can’t provide an extensive review as I typically do.

When traveling to the dominican, and using the Punta Cana Airport, usually spend the first and last night of the stay at Reserva. Price point is excellent, hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly, and there are four large pools to use. Restaurant, Pizzeria, and Cafe located on site For the most part, everything is exceptional. The two points that would lose marks, are that the hotel does not accept American Express, and if you stay in the F units, they back on to the main road which can be very noisy.

It was a pleasure staying at your property. The front desk staff was exceptional. Wander was amazing at check-in and very helpful with directions and information regarding the property and access to the room door. Hacell was superb, always providing outstanding service with a warm smile. He assisted me with my bags and suggested local food options. Willy & Carlos were very helpful assisting me with my bags upon my second visit same day I checked-out. I missed my ride back and return for one more night. Housekeeping does a great job, keeping all areas of the property fresh and clean. So glad I booked my stay with breakfast included. Great options and delicious food and service. The restaurant has a very mediterranean feel in my beautiful island! The property was very safe and more so, with the four locks the door has- I've never seen a door so secured in my life! I felt at home and very comfortable at this property so much, that I will stay here every time by travel needs permit.

The rooms were spacious and I liked that there were two separate rooms and bathroom. However the first room we were given on the A tower had roaches. We had to have our room changed to another Tower after we saw adult and baby roaches crawling about. We were moved to the B tower nad did not encounter any roaches.

I received great service. Entire staff was beyond helpful even with the language barrier at times. From the front desk to the house keepers. Very polite and well mannered. I would recommend staying here again and again. Safe, friendly, clean. I even accidentally left my door wide open one day and was gone the entire day. Nothing was disturbed. Walking distance to stores. Excursions pick you up right in front of the building. It gets no better.

The hotel and rooms are great and reasonably priced. The check-in process however was horrible. The front desk walked us to our room and when he went to open it there was male guest staying there. Apparently staff was supposed to move him to another room but he was unaware. They went back & forth for 5m until the staff finally found us another room 30m later. While they ended up upgrading us to a nice suite the entire process was frustrating especially at night when we just wanted to sleep.
