「Nice property 」

「I needed a place to stay for 1 night before I could go to my resort and this place was absolutely PERFECT! Very clean, very HELPFUL staff, great restaurant onsite which includes a free buffet breakfast and they prebooked transportation from the airport for me. Im so pleased with the customer service. What a great first impression to welcome me to Punta Cana 」

「There was no dish soap for dishes. One tiny baby trashcan and one trash bag. Wasn’t super clean when we got there. Good place. Cheap but not many amenities for room. 」

「As much as I have traveled I have never been so disappointed. We stayed a couple of nights there and to say it was awful is an understatement. Coffee maker was filthy and rusted. Only top sheets on bed with no blanket, rusted out appliances, stove and the refrigerator was broken and the food we bought was ruined that we had put it there. Mold and mildew in the bathroom sink and shower. Was harassed by a security guard at the entrance of the office only to be told they didn’t know who he...

「I booked the hotel from the airport at 9:50 pm. Then arrived 30 minutes later. The office was closed when I arrived at 10:20 pm leaving me stranded. The next day I tried to get a refund when they reopened but it seems to be a scam and no refund was provided. Policy says this: “The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - midnight.” This is a lie. Don’t book here!! 」

「They have a private restaurant on the property which serves delicious food at an affordable price compared to restaurants outside of the property. The room was well decorated and looked great. The beach is not private; however, they have private umbrellas along the beachside which is monitored by security guards at all times, so your belongings are safe there.」

「Poppi was excellent and made arrangements for us to have a place due to the original location not honoring our reservation since property being sold. There was somewhat of a language barrier but nothing the translator app couldn’t handle」

「Not safe not clean 」

「We booked 3 rooms for 7 people in our family. Terrible from check in to check out. Stained sheets, body hair in the bath rooms. Filth everywhere. We checked in at 11:30 at night., Only two rooms assigned to us so no key for the third room. It took until 1 AM to get management to give us the third room. So dirty and disgusting most of us slept on top of the beds and in our travel clothes. The hotel is more than 300 M from the beach. I cannot recommend this to anyone. Even the most budget...
