"I've traveled to a few places in the world, I come to Dominican Republic every month I stay in a lot of hotels or motels this is the worst of all of them... The check in process is horrible. No reception to check in, if you don't get there before 10pm you loose your reservation which is what happened to me. They have no parking just one electric door in a dark scary alley. I had to get a different hotel for the night. You'll lose the money if you come here."

"Traveled with my wife, 4 and year old kids. They all loved everything about this trip. The hotel exceeded expectations. Overall, food was very good with some mediocre meals sprinkled in, but that’s expected with an all-inclusive. The pools, bars, grounds, staff, activities for kids and adults were superb. The only thing we felt wasn’t worth the cost was the excursion we did but that was in part because I did a poor job negotiating the price. Otherwise, I would return without a second thought. Place is amazing."

"The resort was beautiful a few problems that I had personally number one the fourth floor of building 9 between 3rd and 4th floor was darker than dark so for a women and children and and seniors that would have been terrifying because they don't know if anybody linking around what have you and then the fact that the checkout and check-in took a whole century because they're they're on back they're doing backlogs on paper instead of instead of digital and then and the most respectful way not one person on the property that I can remember spoke any English so it was a language barrier barely so those are my things right there that had issues with."

"The entire resort was wonderful. The staff were attentive and they upgraded our stay due to it being our 30th wedding anniversary. We also were there for my husbands birthday and they left a cake in the room for him. Would definitely recommend it and plan on going back. I do not have a negative thing to say about the resort or exceptional staff! Rocio was our waitress at the pool and went above and beyond to keep our cups full. She remembered our names and our drinks which we switched up often."
