「The pool and beach are nice. However, the hospitality and other items (see below) were very poor and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout my stay. We had to wait more than 2 hours for check-in. The room was double-booked and there was a different family staying in the room. 「I love to travel! This was my 6th time to Punta Cana, 1st time staying at the Catalonia. Me and my man stayed in the Suite on the Adults side. We had a great view from our balcony, the room was clean, hot water was amazing in the shower, housekeeping serviced our room everyday. The food was pretty good, so many options to choose from, we loved the drinks— so strong, dont be afraid to ask for more especially if you tipping lol.
