気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備
I was so excited to visit this resort but make sure to read all the reviews as I could have saved so much money by going somewhere else instead.
First of all the we got food poisoning the first two days, from the lobster in the buffet and the hibachi restaurant. The food was soo bad. The only decent food is the stuff from breakfast but even then I found a hair in the scrambled eggs one day. Make sure to drink bottled water as well. The room was kind of nasty as well and we had to constantly call them every morning to ask for new towels, or water bottles or anything. Our rooms were not also cleaned daily even though we left tips daily in our room. The extra star is for the amazing bartender in the second beach bar who was amazing. The Bavarro cultural tour was also an amazing excursion that is a must try and the highlight of the trip. Even the food we had on the excursion was probably the best food I had throughout the whole trip.
The room was also tooo cold and even the highest temp was still cold. We had to wear multiple layers and socks to sleep comfortably and even so we could not sleep properly. Also the walls are very thin, so prepare to be woken up multiple times in the night by people yelling and fighting outside or cats meowing. It also felt like the staff was not tje most professional at points, as they would be yelling across the restaurants and loudly laughing and making comments about guests I think. I wish I had gone to a different resort instead.
