Beautiful resort. Most of the staff are friendly. Buffet options are good with delicious deserts. Loved the cakes with unique flavour such as pineapple and passion fruit. Removed one star because the room can be cleaner.

The only thing I didn’t like is that staff will prioritize color people like white people. If you are Latino or brown they will not treat the same as the others, that’s the only thing I didn’t like. They should treat everyone the same no matter color or ethnicity.

Hotel is very clean and well maintained, the grounds are also well kept. Staff is polite, beach is beautiful. Drinks are weak but if you ask they will make them stronger. My child loved the kids waterpark. Entertainment was ok, and food had lots of options so you can always find something you like. Overall I recommend Majestic Colonial

The property was just beautiful. It is an older hotel but it's very well taken care of. The beach was awesome. The seaweed would build up daily but that just comes with the warmer weather. They cleaned the beach daily. The food was great. My husband and I aren't picky eaters, so it was easy to please your appetite.
