Overall, I’d rate my stay an 8/10. The food was genuinely good. I didn’t get a chance to try the Asian restaurants, but I did visit the Italian and steakhouse restaurants, both were enjoyable and worth it. There were a few downsides. On the first night, our shower flooded. We had to call twice, but it was eventually resolved. A small portion of the staff (around 5%) did not seem equally welcoming to all guests, which was disappointing to experience. That said, the vast majority (about 95%) of the staff were warm and friendly, especially the buffet team, who stood out. Another issue was the sewage smell that occasionally came from the bathrooms in different areas of the property, including our room. Also, on two consecutive nights, housekeeping placed clean sheets that had visible stains. After reporting it, the issue was fixed right away. On the positive side, the spa was excellent. I booked the anti stress package and really enjoyed it, my only complaint is that the halotherapy session felt too short. The resort itself was very clean, the pools were great, and the beach was beautiful. On our last day, the beach server was especially attentive and made us feel very welcome. The nighttime entertainment on both the family and adult sides was also enjoyable. Overall, no place is perfect, but this was a solid stay. I do think there is room for improvement in ensuring all staff treat guests with the same level of fairness and respect.

The rooms were clean, staff doesn't really speak english so that's not helpful. They gave an app to book certain activities which a lot of times... doesn't work ! My stay was amazing. However they were pushing this XPAND membership on people, thar was unpleasant.

Extremely disappointing, food was terrible, kept in unsanitary containers with flies landing on the buffet plates. Room service wouldn't answer the phone or hung up when try to call. Staff was extremely rude with attitude and constantly giving us dirty looks for no reason and on day of departure laundry service picking up our laundry late and not having laundry ready on promised time schedule causing us to be forced to leave our clothing items at resort to then be charged $200 for the unsatisfying laundry service.

I stayed from March 30th to April 5th; the trip was to celebrate my husband's birthday. Unfortunately, we would not return. The staff was incredibly rude; whenever you asked a question or requested something, they wore sour expressions and always responded with a lot of attitude. Every day, we had to request towels and water because they didn't restock the minibar. We upgraded to a new room with a Jacuzzi, but we went two days without being able to use it because it wasn't working. We complained, but they took a long time to send someone to fix it. The wooden frame of the mirror came loose and fell off during the night. We felt we had no privacy, as staff members would enter the room—sometimes without even knocking on the door. Ana from the spa was the only friendly employee.

Very nice mid range all-inclusive. Room was large and clean and remarkably soundproof even when loud events at pool with an over looking room. Property well maintained. On previous visit 2 years ago the check-in was disorganized and we were plagued by time share promotion. This time check-in was smooth and effortless. Special thanks to Chayrell who was friendly and helpful. Food was decent---though you should not expect a well prepared steak. Palapa (shout out to our server Kalora) and Japanese restaurant were our favorite. Buffet very good for Breakfast---skilled egg preparation and lots of fruit offerings. Sunset Bar had some tasty bar food in a great location. Lounge reserving was an issue---as per most of these resorts. Not bad when you figure out your own strategy. Be wary of choosing a lounge near the large speaker at the pool nearest the beach!! We usually parked ourselves on other side near the sand bar---a little breeze and noise not ear shatteringly loud there. Gym was good and not usually crowded. We went daily before breakfast. Beach was clean and beautiful water. Usually could find open lounges there if none by pool. Entertainment typical mediocre fare---but entertainers were athletic and enjoyable. NOTE: App On the all suite side---will NOT keep you informed about the theater shows on the family side. LASTLY----THEY NEED TO REPAIR THE LARGE SCREEN AT THE THEATER. TWO YEARS AGO HAD A MODEST AMOUT OF FAULTY PIXELS. NOW A LARGE BLAND AREA

This is our second time staying at this resort. We love the wait staff. They are so kind and attentive. Alan our butler was very nice and accommodating. Jesus at the lobby bar has a ton of personality and is always smiling, Jeremias and Angel in the buffet are top tier…they are the sweetest gentlemen you will meet, they remember what you had the day prior, and always make your day! Don’t forget Herbert in the steakhouse, he’s kind and attentive. Be sure to visit them all when you go!

Great pool and beach. Mostly rude staff and ran out of coke for 5 days.

Dans l'ensemble, le séjour a été agréable et reposant. l'hotel est très bien, quoi qu'elle aurait besoin d'un petit rafraichissement. Le point qui devrait être amélioré serait la nourriture ; la qualité n'est pas égale. Certains restaurants sont excellents (Steakhouse, Teppanyaki, buffet principale). Le buffet Ocean est OK. Les sushis sont très ordinaires et le restaurant italien du soir est très désappointant. Coté personnelle de restauration, certains sont très amicaux et advenant, tandis que certains ne semble pas aimer leurs jobs! Belles piscines et beau bord de l'eau. Aucun problème à se trouver des palapas pour se mettre à l'abit du soleil. Je recommande quand même l'établissement... il faut juste savoir ou aller et où éviter d'aller !
