Staff were not pleasant at all. There are some exceptions, but in general, it seemed like everything was a chore for them, no smiles no extra effort for help… very disappointing. You pay 5 star hotel pricing but this is at best 4 star resort, you can see that they are not up-keeping the hotel. Kids had fun, the water park is cool, beach is nice but the whole experience is average at best. Also, there is really not much for kids after dinner. Will not be coming back here.

Overall a good property. Fun for kids. The Water park and snick bar were great for kids. Only issue was a lot of flies and mosquitoes in the property was very annoying and Sales people pushing to buy prestige membership is not good. But overall 3.9 out of 5 rating for the experience.

Food quality and options needs to be addressed. A lot of food items were not available. Staff were amazing and made the trip difference. Our butler Leo fantastic. Cannot say enough good things about him. Concierge Jose was the best. Life gaurd was beyond exceptional. Rooms can use some updating. Our first room the AC kept kicking out. We then made the decision to upgrade rooms and it made the difference.
