Overall the place is truly a 5 star facility. The staff are wonderful and friendly. The beach is ok, but the staff goes out of their way to be helpful. Food is also good at the restaurants. I did not try out the buffet. The folks at the preferred club are also wonderful to interact with.

My husband and I celebrated our 23 year anniversary and got a preferred club ocean front and it was amazing! Our butler Diego went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and even decorated our room with roses and balloons. The staff by the pool and in the restaurants were attentive and gracious. Lots of dining options with a variety of choices. We would definitely come back!
