「So far this is the one of the best hotels I’ve been able to visit and really enjoyed the experience and my baby too I can’t wait to come back!!」

「Great time, great people…Juan Jose, Oscar and Angel were all great!!! Until next year!」

「Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, there were some areas that could be improved. The long wait times at some of the restaurants were frustrating, and there wasn’t much to do besides relax, so we occasionally felt bored. The food was okay, and the buffet offered a wide variety of options, although some dishes were more enjoyable than others. The staff experience was mixed; some employees were friendly and welcoming, while others seemed...

「Great hotel but to swim up rooms are not swim up rooms. I wouldn’t waste your money. The pool is the same distance it would be at any hotel」

「Make sure you bring plenty of hydration packets and medication(ibuprofen, immune support, nausea, bandaids, etc), your own sunscreen, !!!!!brush up on basic Spanish terms or learn it well!!!!!!bring cash, as much as you think you will on this trip. Taxes when using your card is very very pricey!」

「All the food was incredible, the beaches were clean and very nice, the bar staff was friendly and every other employee was also friendly and extremely helpful with anything we needed.」

「Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. However, there were a few issues we’d like to share as feedback. We had previously arranged a surprise for our anniversary, but communication stopped and it was never carried out. Also, towels were not replenished despite our request. On our last morning, we also found a very large cockroach in the bathroom. We understand this may happen in tropical areas, but we wanted to inform you. We hope this feedback helps improve future guests’ experiences.」
