「If you’re looking for a hotel right in the center of everything and close to the beach, but not on the beach… This is the hotel for you! However, if you want a comfortable and cozy room with a nice hotel or resort like feel, don’t stay here. You can tell they rushed their renovations and there is a roach issue. Also, they didn’t have a blankets or extra linen. The view from the rooftop pool was also good. The cleaning ladies were not very friendly or helpful. I would never stay there again. 」

「Very clean place to stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. The bar/restaurant is FABULOUS. Best salmon I have ever eaten, and I eat a lot of salmon. Convenient location and access to two beaches. The pool is lovely and a nice place to sit in the morning or evening. 」

「Super clean the activity for every night is great 😊 all the staff our wonderful very energetic and friendly we had a great time. One of the staff Adolfo F is super professional and super knowledgeable in all activities in the hotel special for choose to go out eat at night in the Carta Restaurant they have 5 restaurants you can do it reservation 💯 recommended. 😊」

「La pasamos muy bien, la comida es deliciosa, el servicio al cliente muy bueno, habitaciones cómodas y lindas, tienen actividades durante el día para los niños. Me gustó que el buffet estaba protegido por un vidrio y te sirve un mesero, así de mantiene la higiene y el orden, también hasta el desperdicio de los huéspedes desconocidos desconsiderados que usualmente hay en este tipo de restaurantes. Volveríamos a ir sin duda! 」

「The hotel is great but what made the experience great was the staff, especially the Preferred club staff. Our butler Anibal was great, he made sure we had an amazing experience, couldnt have asked for anyone better. Everyone at the preferred lounge and Rosewater was great at making us feel welcomed at all times, especially Francy, Esperanza and Francisco. Would definately return. 」
