「Very nice」

「Unfortunately, my experience at El Valle Lodge was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, I felt that the treatment we received was not welcoming. We were made to feel as though we didn’t belong there, which was especially upsetting because we were simply vacationing in our own country. I was also surprised that basic amenities such as coffee and even ice came at an additional cost. 「The stay was wonderful we stayed 4 nights. The staff was exceptional. Breakfast was especially good. Air conditioning is good.」

「From the moment we arrived, all staff was very helpful and willing to help make sure our stay was pleasant. We had an excellent room view and conditions. The only recommendation we have is more night guest entertainment and believe needs to be better.」

「I arrived and let them know for check in. Although room check in was at 3, it wasn’t ready until 330. Afterwards, the WiFi in the hotel wasn’t working during the duration of our stay and the water in the room was not hot. The room was very clean and the pool had a nice view. Breakfast was good. 」

「Julie and Jarry are absolutely great and helpful to make our stay excellent. The elevated view of the town and water is great on day and night. It's only a 2 minute drive to town with all amenities. The hotel is very quiet located. Jaqueline and me had a great stay and will be back.」

「The staff had the most amazing service I’ve ever had. The food was average could be better and I wish they did later drinks and food.」

「Staff was excellent and close to alot of the tours」

「This place it’s so nice and clean . Love the view and how close it’s to the beach 🏖️」
