「今まで行ったことのあるオールインクルーシブのビーチリゾートホテルでは、ビーチベットで休んでいても飲み物などの注文を取ったりしてくれるウエイターさんがいたのですが、このホテルでは自分で飲み物を貰いに行かなければならず、不便と感じました。 このホテルに行く時には大きめの水筒を持って行くことをお勧めします。飲み物などを水筒に入れて貰えるようですし、ブッフェでも飲み物を持参した水筒に入れている方がたくさんいました。 食事ですが朝食、昼食のブッフェは毎日同じメニューで飽きてしまいました。 部屋ですが、ワンベットルームスイートだったのですが、ターンダウンのサービスもなく、ホテルのサイトにはバスタブが付いていると書かれていたと思うのですが実際にはシャワーのみで、一時的ではありますがお湯が出ず、好きな時にシャワーが浴びれませんでした。 ホテルの名前にSPAが付いていますが、施設はまだ建設中でビーチの小屋でマッサージを受けるのみでした。」

「The property needs maintenance. The bathrooms are gross and in need for remodeling. There is no night club in the same building and they dont play enough Spanish music which is part of the experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful so that made up for the negative part. The food was ok.」

「ライフスタイルグループのリゾートがいくつか隣接しており、それぞれのレストランやプールを利用できます。敷地が広いため慣れるまで移動には苦労するかもしれませんが、シャトルバスの利用に慣れれば、問題ありません。 徒歩の場合は、ビーチ沿いを移動すると近いです。 部屋は掃除が行き届いており、快適でした。 スタッフも全体的に感じが良く休暇を楽しめました。 レストランでのディナーも、ビュッフェでの食事も全体的に美味しく満足でした。」

「Our stay was fantastic! The room’s view was gorgeous! We loved the infinity pool overlooking the aqua and royal blue Atlantic waters. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The restaurant was nicely decorated in Caribbean style and the food & drinks were delicious. The hotel was in a great quiet location yet easily walkable to all the beach restaurants and bars. We enjoyed watching all the many colorful kite surfing on Cabarete and Kite Beaches. Don’t miss going to Encuentro Beach...

「The services was great. When we did the check-in we we're not notified of events/ timing to eat or any activities in the reaort. We had to walk around and ask, last day was when we realized there was a board with weekly events and activities but they never mentioned to loomat the board for additional information. We wantes toneat at one of the restaurants, we didnt know we had to make earlier reservation to eat at one of those restaurants. I truly believe that information should be given front...
