The room was clean but floors were not. No face clothes and bed was broken and not fixed correctly Staff was very kind at resort. The food was ok not great and cold alot of time. Juice is watered down as well. They do not have water sports and very little entertainment. Restaurants are not great either just average. The spa was wonderful i had a massa and facial. No Hot tub just a cool tub! Overall a relaxing week.

All of the staff were very super friendly. The resort itself was very beautiful and clean. I loved being right on the beach. I enjoyed the food options that were offered. The room was very beautiful, clean, spacious and had a nice patio seating area. The bed was very comfortable, as well. I liked the bathroom except for the toilet area. I had a big hole in the bottom of the wall. Also, my toilet seat was not secured to the toilet. I complained about it to several members of the staff who ensured me it would be fixed; it never was. We also tried out the restaurants. My steakhouse experience was wonderful. Delicious food, the restaurant was nice and the breeze from the ocean was amazing. The Japanese restaurant could have been better. We did not receive the Hibachi experience we had hoped for. There was no show, no excitement. It appeared as though the "chef" was untrained and just trying to help the staff. He wasn't even dressed in the same manner as the other chefs. Definitely different from other Hibachi experiences that I have had at other restaurants. Aside from the inconvenience of the bathroom and the letdown at the Japanese restaurant, I really, really enjoyed my stay.

The air conditioner and TV didn't work in our room. It took two days to get a new room. The property and ocean are beautiful and clean. Everything is easy to get to. The resort doesn’t appear to like when you book through Expedia. The resort caters to Canadians. Staff are not very friendly and could care less if you tip them or not. Britto was the best! He took good care of us at the small beach and was very fun. They definitely do not have enough chairs at the pool or the beach when the cruise ship is in port, No chairs to sit in most of the days. The mini bar does not allow for any alcohol in your room. It is only pop and water. You are only allowed two coffees for your coffee pot in your room. Understaffed for meals at the buffet. Very hard to get service. We will NOT return.

La chambre était correcte cependant, la salle de bain a besoin d'être rénover et la douche était vraiment fichue. Le plafond de la chambre avait une fuite d'eau, ils sont venus le réparer et ça sentait la moisissure. Les femmes d'entretien ménager étaient excellente. Le bruit était infernale jusqu'à 23h30 toutes les soirs. De plus, il y avait une génératrice à proximité qui fonctionnait sans arrêt et qui dégageait de mauvaise odeurs. Ils n'ont jamais offert une autre chambre malgré que nous avions réservé pour 3 semaines. Bien au contraire, ils nous offraient d'aller aux réunions pour nous offrir du time-sharing à tout les jours et avec insistances.

The front desk women like guest service women were rude. The men were pleasant but the woman not!!! The mini bars were needing a selection The coffee was gross The fitness instructor Alberto was a doll and good The drink server Brito was the very best of all the wait staff The attendant BRAULIO also was super pleasant- the Italian place was the very best. They never held the Michael Jackson show:(. All in all very wonderful trip and beautiful resort The maids were fantastic and pleasant

Courteous friendly staff. The room was very clean, but the ocean view I expected was obstructed by palm trees, which was ok because the birds were delightful neighbors. The cruise ships docked directly across from my window so watching them arrive and depart was an added bonus!

My partner and I visited this resort for the first time, where we stayed for 5 days. Overall, we found the room to be clean and well-maintained. The resort had a good variety of food offered in its buffet, and the staff were kind and helpful. The coffee shop, ice cream shop and pizza shop were a nice touch and great for grabbing a quick bite while hanging around the beach, all of which had clean, quick access to the restrooms nearby. The à la carte restaurants, specifically the Italian and Teppanyaki restaurants, had limited menus to choose from. The service at the Italian restaurant was a bit slow when it came to serving the food or refilling drinks, and the teppanyaki dishes were all cooked with the same seasonings/sauces for their hot dishes, although the chef did offer an entertaining show. That said, I recommend eating at the buffet if you prefer more diversity and quality dishes. The beach was clean with a lot of beach chairs available for seating, while the poolside chairs were pretty busy throughout the day. The bars were quick to serve out their drinks during the day, but when the buffet closes at 10 PM, the sports bar gets pretty busy. The lookout spot at the left end of the beach offers gorgeous views of nearby areas and the resort. You may also get the chance to watch cruise ships dock as they tend to visit daily. The spa access was okay, but the pools and outdoor areas could use some cleaning. The changerooms were spotless and had a nice ambiance.

Room booked on Expedia wasn't the room you get. That room is an upgraded room costing you more $. Was given an old room with disgusting shower and poor water pressure and smell of sewerage. Had to wait until next day to get upgrade. Buffet average, hibachi restaurant excellent, steak house avoid, Italian restaurant great. Poor service at buffet. Rained most of our stay, so nothing else to do. Pools are great. Watch for Pool bar who only rinses used cups and gives them out again. Unsanitary.
