They reveal guest coming and going to outside non guests, potentially jeopardizing safety of guest. Should be addressed by management. 」

「This review is about the property manager Alvaro. He's top notch. Came for 14 day stay and luggage did not arrive until 2 days after arrival. Alvaro not only waited for me at the airport but acted as an intermediary between the airlines and I so I could get my luggage delivered and enjoy my vacation. He went over and above to help me.」

「This is a wonderful, quiet, peaceful, oceanfront condo. The management was amazing and responded to us every time we had a question. They made arrangements for a ride to the airport airport 」

「Our holiday in paradise started with the hostess greeting us with a cake she had baked. It was very touching. Lovely condo, very clean and towels and linen provided. Our host also drove us to the grocery store twice, which was so helpful. At one point, we needed a toaster that worked. It took approximately five minutes to give us another one! They also cooked dinner for us one night...such nice, friendly, helpful people!We definitely loved our holiday...and rebooked for next year. Please...

「We had a fantastic stay at el Neptuno. The Location is supreme, right by the ocean with a 2 minute walk to playa Sosua, the best beach ever! Check in was a breeze, Mery is great deal with. Our condo had a very comfortable bed and sofa with two large tvs with lots of channels. Had no problem with hot water.. it’s all keyless entry which I loved. The maid was always punctual and did a great job and security was fantastic. Highly recommend this place. 」

「We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa and it was exceptionally nice. We had our own private pool which was cleaned by the staff during our stay. They went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable, like organizing a golf cart and taxis for us. Highly recommend!」

「I'm not sure about the area. It seemed safe enough. It's right across the street from the beach. And there are restaurants within walking distance, although the one I ate at was a little overpriced. The unit was a 1 bedroom. It was cute. The hot water didn't get warm, so I took a cold shower. I hate cold showers but it did make the heat and humidity a little better. The towels were old and stained and didn't match, which was fine by me, but it seem a little bit ghetto. The bed was old, but not...
