「We booked with Barefoot way in advance and had a lot of time to hype up the trip - and it well exceeded our expectations. We had a group of 24 college friends celebrating our 30th birthdays/college reunion and the property is awesome - tons of space with the rooms all with their own bathrooms, plus tons of outdoor covered space, the bar, loft, pool, and not to mention the whole beach right in front of you. 「Das Estaphany liegt etwas abseits vom Zentrum Sosúas und somit erheblich ruhiger. Es hat einen schönen Garten und einen Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wird. Die Zimmer sind eigentlich richtige Wohnungen mit Küche. Wir hatten die Wohnung Nummer 10 mit einem fantastischen Schlafzimmer: ein riesiges Bett mit sehr guter Matratze, hell und luftig. Diverse Abstellmöglichkeiten, Kleiderschrank, alles was das Herz begehrt. Allerdings ist der angegebene Balkon nicht wirklich ein eigener Balkon, sondern...

「The convenience to all the tourist attractions is ideal. The views of the ocean from my terrace and the mountains via the patio are spectacular. The property owner had great communication before and during my stay. I slept great! My suite was well equipped. The refered transportation was professional and punctual throughout my stay. I look forward to visiting Puerto Plata again. 」

「Arrived and room had mechanical problems with HVAC, fans, remotes for the television. Asked to speak to a maintenance technician to address the problems, hotel staff became very obnoxious with me. Was eventually switched to a new room that had the same problems and more. Left within an hour of arrival and am working on a refund due to the unsafe and poor conditions of the rooms causing me to have to find a new hotel to stay at. 」

「Staff was great and very nice. A very good budget option for someone with a rental car. I rented the studio and it was comfortable and clean. The hot wat sometime does not come one but it only happened like 3 times. This is my second time staying here and it has improved a lot since the first time.」
