The rooms aren’t the best. It’s fine though since you arent in there much. If you get the yellow bracelet you don’t have much available to you. I had the blue and we were allowed at the VIP beach which is MUCH better than the Cofresi one. Alcohol is pretty good and buffet food it not bad. You are only allowed a certain amount of restaurant reservations depending on how long your stay is. For a week it’s 2-3. I’m guessing it’s more if you stay longer.

Dirty, bathroom super dirty gross broken tile everywhere smelled like sewer over entire resort , only 2 options for eating (buffet) had to make reservations for any other of the other 11 restaurants supposedly offered but could never get though guest service- someone showed up the morning we were leaving ( after a week ) to ask if we wanted a tour -only 1 pool bar open-garbage EVERYWHERE- had to walk 1/4 mile for coffee- water was off one of the nights- regular staff was wonderful- guest services were not - 8 flights of stairs minimum to go anywhere

I do not recommend this hotel for elderly people or people with walking problems. The hotel has difficult access to the amenities. Going to the restaurant is an adventure, but the food is terrible. I got sick from it, spent the first day, and haven't eaten there again. My wife and I went to eat at a restaurant outside because I was scared to eat again. I am Dominican, and for me, it is hard to give a bad report for a hotel from my home country, but maybe, by reading this review, the administration will take more control and improve the quality of the services. One positive is that the room was clean, and the waitresses were very kind. The beach is amazing, and the pool was clean. The entertainment is not that good. Don't think about snacks,, it's confusing.

Clean room but updates needed. Toilet seat was burnt, shower curtain rod barely attached to the wall. Hot water was a rarity. Only 2 water bottles restocked daily - more needed as your using them to brush your teeth. Other things in mini fridge not restocked. Missing some things in room upon arrival - face clothes, cups. Overall clean, food was good. Dont go for the beach - lots of trash, murky water, no bar on the beach, no chairs. Pools are good, a couple need painting. Service varied. Timeshare salesmen a constant in first couple days - so say no to the tour/breakfast (heard they use up to 6 hours of your time) Spa services really good. Hard to get ala carte reservations so do it asap. Expedia rep super helpful and friendly.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this resort. Upon arrival, the room was in unacceptable condition. The bathroom was dirty, the sliding balcony doors had no locks, the safe was broken, and the phone was not working. When I went to guest services, I was initially told that a room change was not possible. Only after insisting was I moved to a more acceptable room. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the resort were lacking. While the pools themselves were beautiful, there were very few pool and beach chairs available, only a handful at each pool, which made it difficult to relax. The same issue existed on the beach, where we were expected to rent chairs, which was frustrating. The food was average overall. I will say that the buffet staff were wonderful and provided great service. However, the à la carte restaurants were disappointing, both in terms of food quality and service. Overall, due to the condition of the rooms, lack of amenities, and inconsistent service, I would not recommend this resort.

The only reason this even gets 1 star is solely for the restaurant, buffet, golf car drivers, and bar staff. They were wonderful, but for the rest of the staff-front desk people, the room, accommodations, they way they run the al cart restaurants, cleanliness, beach, n overall feel it is a 0-1 star. I already wrote about the check in process and the nightmare that was, but once in the room there was no hot water, a drop for water pressure, and barley working air conditioning. The area we were in had a bad odor so sitting outside was unpleasant. Other than the people mentioned above, no one cared or wanted to help. I will never return and if anyone asks I will make sure they do not go to this hotel! Getting reservations for dinner was a pure joke. If you showed up after 9 am, after waiting in a huge line, nothing was available. However when you show up for dinner the restaurants were, at the most, 50% filled with guests. Everyone we went to, passed, or stopped by to checkout the menu was never filled more than 50%. The only way to make a reservation was to stand in that line and waste you morning only to hear all the reservations were take-and then again when you checked it out at dinner time the restaurants were barley full. It was just dumb! The beach was very stinky and filled with seaweed, even though hard workers worked all day trying to clear it, but the odor was the worst. The food was marginal at best. Was very disappointed by that also. Do not stay here!!!

This huge property was very nice. Lots of restaurants which were easily accessed using the shuttles. The rooms were clean but... room phones & hot water was non-existent in 3 out of 5 booked rooms. Buffets were great. Free drinks were a little light but still very nice. I would stay here again.

I do liked the customer service, the staff is very friendly. They have to work the property maintenance. There aren't many options at the bar; and the only thing about the food that I can suggest, is about the juices, they have to be natural juice not artificial.
