「The place is in a beautiful the view is espectacular for being all inclusive place I was not expecting not to be able to order what ever I wanted. There were lots of drinks that I could not order same for some dinner plates. This does not sound like all inclusive. There was no entertainment, also the transportation from Santo Domingo was 750 dollars this was unexpected, because in the Expedia app it says there is shuttle pick up and this is not true. 「I was genuinely disappointed in the service. I emailed at the beginning of the week for to arrange transportation. Followed up. No response. I called and went to the front desk because the balcony door wouldn’t close, and as a result, the AC would not come on. No one ever same. I fixed it myself. Asked for sparkling champagne for myself and my partner. The staff brings him sparkling champagne, brings me white wine, as if I wouldn’t know the difference.
