「Did not receive upgrade, my fault. I did not mention my Expedia status. I was later offered an upgrade. I was very happy with our room and declined upgrade. 「The pool and beach are nice. However, the hospitality and other items (see below) were very poor and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout my stay. We had to wait more than 2 hours for check-in. The room was double-booked and there was a different family staying in the room. There was no apology for this, and it took another hour for the room to be offered again.
