「The hotel has the potential to be a best in class place. The infrastructure is there but staff should be better trained. There was no water from 3-5 PM in our rooms for 2 days and the person checking us in AT 3:00 should have informed us of that. Instead there is a little note on the table easily missed and we didn’t see until we tried to use the restroom in the room. 「We enjoyed stepping into the jungle for a few days on our trip. The breakfast was excellent but we did not read the fine print that it is only on the first day. Dominic was kind enough to send us with some bananas on our drive. It was really fun and still close to everything if you have a car. 」

「I arrived and let them know for check in. Although room check in was at 3, it wasn’t ready until 330. Afterwards, the WiFi in the hotel wasn’t working during the duration of our stay and the water in the room was not hot. The room was very clean and the pool had a nice view. Breakfast was good. 」

「The host Anthony is the sweetest person ever I stayed for 6 days with my sister and we enjoyed everything from the delicious Dominican breakfast to the magical views from the top of the hill. We look forward for our next trip」
