The room was entirely clean, the staff was amazing, friendly, entertaining and well mannered. Everyone worked as a unit to ensure the guests were always taken care of. The boat ride (catamaran) was beautiful. The archery was so much fun. Every single resuturabt was amazing and the buffet was just as amazing as the restaurants. The buffet staff were proactive, attentive and friendly. The spa was AMAZING. I will absolutely be back to this resort.

Endroit très propre, faire attention au plancher des chambres parfois négligé. Sinon, très bien entretenu; un petit reproche au consignes des endroits non fumeurs qui ne sont pas du tout respectés, et le personnel qui n’avertit pas les fumeurs, qui fument finalement partout. Attention à la nourriture au buffet, plusieurs ont été malades, dont mon mari qui a dû être hospitalisé pour une grave intoxication alimentaire. Endroit tranquille, ambiance agréable

Overall I will not be coming back to this resort, also not sure if I would recommend it. The staff was friendly for the most part. The food was probably my favorite part about it. The decor was nice, the beach was beautiful. But it was very small, not much to do, no swim up bar, only one pool for everyone, very little liquor choice, especially if you’re not a VIP. In our room, the floor felt dirty, and the swim up pool in the back was dirty, I had asked for them to clean it and it was not cleaned, so we never used it. My fiancé had also paid for the room to be decorated for my birthday, along with a beachside dinner. We had to tell them to decorate the room and we were never told about the beachside dinner at all, never mentioned it once. We ended up paying for an excursion and during the excursion, which was horse ride to the Salto de Limon, we knew the locals who helped out with the horses were plotting to rob my fiance. They were talking in Spanish not knowing we were very well aware of that Spanish dialect. Luckily by the grace of God we ended up avoiding it, stayed close to the Tour Guide. But when riding the horses the tour guide doesn’t join, so we were in the middle of the trail alone with these people who are only volunteers. Multiple of them were involved in the plotting. I hope this excursion is more aware of who they let volunteer We addressed this with the resort, but I don’t feel like they did enough to help us out with the scares and the inconveniences.

J'ai voyagé avec une amie, nous étions inquiètes à cause de commentaires lus à propos de personnes qui ont été malades durant leur séjour mais pour nous tout a super bien été, propreté, nourriture, personnel très gentils et très aidant, tous nos besoins ont été comblés. Belle plage, suffisamment de chaises pour tous, bons restaurants à la carte, surtout le Fusion. Amusements intéressants. Merci à Marcos Batista du Viva club qui a été excellent pour nous et au devant de nos demandes.

Well the property is really close to paradise , cause the mountain and the beach .the bungalows have cocaroches and no hot waters runnig good , they're staff is young and no too professional .look and feel like short staff on the buffet , from my point just training and costumer service class for tree months and everything going to be 5 start do not forget the roaches on the bungalows

Reserve 3 habitaciones con 2 camas y cuando llegue a la propiedad solo me dieron 2 de dos camas y una de una sola cama. También tenía una botella de alcohol por habitación y no la pusieron.

The property is stunning. We spent the majority of our time at the pool because we could always find a spot to sit. The beach was really busy, but also totally worth it. The water was warm, and they had lots of activities to do in the water. I do wish they had more pool activities. The food was okay. I always found something to eat, but it was not my favourite. The staff was friendly, fun, and engaging.

I’m giving this hotel two stars mainly because the beachfront location is beautiful and the staff was genuinely friendly. Unfortunately, friendliness does not always translate into good customer service. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, and from day one we had ongoing issues with the air conditioning. It broke down at least twice a day—most often after midnight. We called to report the problem at least six times and requested a room change, but although we were repeatedly told it would be fixed or that we’d be moved, neither ever happened. Until the final day—less than an hour before checkout—there was someone at the room trying to repair it. Hot water was also inconsistent.About half the time, there was no hot water when we tried to shower. Housekeeping was unreliable as well. The room was not cleaned properly, dirty towels were left behind on one occasion, and on another, clean towels weren’t provided at all. When we requested them, it took over two hours to receive replacements. The buffet food was mediocre and repetitive, with little variety from day to day. We tried two à la carte restaurants: the Mediterrenas restaurant was excellent, both in food and service, while the Fusion restaurant had good service but very disappointing food. In conclusion, I would only recommend this hotel if you’re primarily looking for direct access to a beautiful beach and friendly staff. However, if food quality and timely resolution of issues are important to you, this may not be the best

Property is decent, got what you paid for. Got food poisoning and was charged $500 in a medical bill. Medical facility and care were way better than expected. Food was okay in my opinion, nothing to write home about, but got the job done. Not much to do on the property besides pool, beach, and small miscellaneous activities. Definitely an older crowd, so it was peaceful and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean, the ocean was visible from our balcony, the staff was friendly and helpful, specially Adonis, he truly helped make our stay an excellent and enjoyable experience, by thinking ahead and providing an exceptional customer service! The beach was clean , the pool was great as well and the food was also delicious!! We had a great time.
