"The staff at this resort were the absolute highlight of our stay. They treated us like royalty, making us feel like we were in a palace. The cleanliness was also impeccable. I wish I could name some of the staff members I want to personally thank, but unfortunately, I’m not allowed to. Overall, it was a fantastic resort with an amazing experience."

"Need to play mixed RNB music. They will play 2 songs, then switch back to Spanish music. They need to do 1 hour of RNB and Jamaican music, then switch back to Spanish music. My recommended The party off the hood the Riu crew were amazing and entertaining"

"We had an absolutely amazing stay. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the entire experience was unforgettable. A special shoutout to our butler, Dionisio, who was truly the best. He went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. He beautifully decorated all three of our rooms with birthday decorations and arranged three of our dinner reservations. His attention to detail, kindness, and exceptional service made our celebration even more memorable. We are so grateful for everything he did for us!
