「As good as expected!」

「Very close to the airport. A few restaurants to access across the street. Armed guard out front. Very nice」

「Great for Kids, but Service and Safety Need Improvement We stayed at Serenade Caribe Family Resort from October 20–24, 2026, with our young children. The resort is beautiful, and our kids loved the water park and pool-access room. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Some staff were friendly, while others seemed rude and unwelcoming. We also experienced language barriers. For an international resort, better English-speaking support would help. The buffet was our biggest frustration....

À noite havia muitos restaurantes e bares. Muito confortável.」
