Within three hours of being on property, my wallet was stolen by suspected team member. The staff seemed to disregard it and not care completely. The front desk nightmare of a night man, told me I just lost it and gave me the runaround for two hours as hetold me that the property Manager and security manager were coming. Just to find out from the manager (customer service manager, only decent one. I spoke to) a very nice lady in the morning that he was in fact the night manager. After finding that out and looking back, It felt like an inside job for sure. No team member nor security took it seriously and refused to try to help me get to the police or for file a report on property for days. Me telling them it had been stolen wasn’t enough. It wasn’t until they were already trying to use my cards, did they appropriate offer any assistance to get to the police. Still no on property incident report. During this at no point did I feel really safe on this property or secure. You’ve been warned Do Not book.

Buena diatribucion de amenidades, fabulosa arquitectura y pisajes y excelente comida y bebidas. Solo deben mejorar el tema de la disponibilidad de restaurantes, fuimos por 3 dias y solamente nos dieron una disponibilidad para cenar de todos los restaurantes que tienen y fue a las 6:30 de la tarde lo que vi absurdo ya que habian muchos restaurantes

Had a great time. All but 1 staff member was phenomenal! Food was way better than expected. Definitely book reservations for restaurants as soon as possible. El Nopal was delicious. Foam pool party was such a good time! Wellington at the swim up bar was on point every single time. Schokosky at the Sports Bar!!! Amazing energy, great service. Can't wait to come back! Bring extra sunscreen! The shop prices are stupidly ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

On the positive side, the beach was beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The pools were also a good size with a decent depth, making it enjoyable to spend time there. Overall, the setting itself is lovely. However, the service and attention to detail fell short. We stayed for 9 days as two guests, and throughout the entire stay, we were only given three towels per day, which is essentially one full set for one person. This was quite inconvenient. I had to go and request additional items like slippers, which should already be provided in the room. Even after asking for extra towels, they were never delivered. Communication was also challenging, as the majority of the staff did not speak English. We often had to rely on translation tools just to get basic requests across, which made the experience more difficult than it should have been. Cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities could also be improved. The pool and jacuzzi frequently had debris in them, and there didn’t seem to be regular cleaning (such as someone skimming the pool), which affected the overall experience. The food was average, but unfortunately both my mother and I experienced food poisoning during our stay. Additionally, only tap water was offered with meals rather than bottled water, which was disappointing. Overall, while the location and beach are strong positives, the service, cleanliness, and attention to guest comfort need significant improvement.

The staff is excellent! Everyone from the wait staff at the restaurants to the housekeepers are so caring. Our room was taken care of daily and was clean. The pool was my favorite part! The swim up bar and activity staff were fantastic.

In general its an okay place for a low budget family or couple, the reception was friendly and efficient, transportation and baggage handeling too the room was excellent, I did t touch my bags until I was in the room. The room was a whole different story, first I noticed the air conditioning felt moist, it wasnt good cooling unit, there was black mold in the A/C vent directly above the bed and never really cooled the room well. Tje room was very clean but the bed covering always felt wet or damp from the A/C. The room cleaning staff was awesome!!! They did a wonderful job but you may need to ask for fresh towels on occasion. They had no transportation from or too tje airport so expect an expensive taxi ride both ways. Now to the buffet..... it will sustain life, its decent for the price but not the best food compared to many other resorts Ive been too, of course they all cost more than this resort. Do not drink tje water!!! The resort stocks your room with plenty of bottled water!! The bars on the resort are decent although the bar tenders work on "Island time" so they dont hurry up for anyone regardless of tips. Over all I would say this is a good resort for familys on a budget and couples who are on a budget, its definetly not for singles unless you want to be lonely. There was absolutely no drama, loud noise or crazy party people anywhere on the resort, it was very peaceful and calm.

Stayed at this hotel to celebrate my daughter's sweet 16. We had a wonderful time. Clean rooms, excellent staff and very family-friendly. The only bad thing I had to say was the wifi sucks, even though I paid for wifi while I was there.

We had flight delays and after two days in airports we weren’t going to be able to get a flight to DR until the day before the end of our vacation. We contacted Caribe through Expedia and they refused tontive us a refund even when this was way out of our control.

I recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained, and clearly designed to host many guests. The buffet offered a good variety of food and most dishes we tried were quite good, which was a highlight of the stay. The hotel staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience more pleasant. Their kindness and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. However, one thing that was honestly surprising—and unacceptable—was the complete lack of baby changing facilities. For a resort of this size that clearly receives many families with young children, it’s hard to understand how there isn’t a single bathroom or designated area equipped with a baby changing table. The wine included in the all-inclusive package was unfortunately very poor in quality. Another disappointment was the Thai restaurant. Because it’s difficult to get a reservation, we expected much better. The “all-inclusive” menu felt very limited and the flavor of the dishes was not particularly exceptional. One more negative point: a company operating inside the hotel approaches guests—especially those who have just arrived—to try to sell a time-sharing program. The approach feels pushy and, in my opinion, it’s not worth it. I would strongly advise other guests not to sign up. Overall, the resort is beautiful and the staff are kind, but these issues affected our stay.

**Great Solo Getaway – Friendly Staff & Perfect Beach Location** I took a last-minute solo trip and stayed at Caribe Deluxe Princess. I’ve been to many resorts in the Dominican Republic, and I would rate this one around a 3.5–4 star resort overall. Check-in was smooth and easy. Milagros at the concierge desk was very friendly and accommodating, which made a great first impression. My beachfront room was exactly what I was hoping for. The pools, beach, and restaurants were literally just steps from my door, which made everything very convenient. The room itself was nice, although it could use a little maintenance. At times there was a slight sewage smell coming from the bathroom/shower area. The door key system is built into the bracelet, which is convenient, but I do wish there was an additional security lock inside the room. The mini fridge was fully stocked, which I appreciated. The resort grounds were clean and well maintained. I only used one of the three pools, which seemed to be the quietest and perfect for a relaxing solo trip. It was also located near the beach bar grill, which was very convenient.  Also a slight sewage smell in certain areas The buffet had some good options, and I also dined at Pilon and the Asian restaurant during my stay. Service around the resort was great. Starlin at the pool/beach bar was very attentive, and Wascar the bartender was also excellent. The room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it to be. The rooms weren’t even swept or mopped. We had sand every day in our rooms. The shower knobs and handles to sink were so disgusting. The toilet wasn’t freshened. The beds were about the only thing changed and cleaned. Which was sad. The telephones stopped working after 830pm. I couldn’t call down for even ice. It was horrible.

Restort was nice, rooms were nice & clean. Pools and beach, real nice. Food was very mediocre, including the restaurants. Not a lot to do however, and the entertainment / shows are weak.
