「Je suis très mitigé face à notre séjour au Serenade.
D’une part, le site est magnifique, la nourriture est excellente, la plage et les piscines sont sublimes. Certains employés sont biens et d’autres non.

「I would recommend avoiding the buffet seafood, as it was not very fresh. The meat options were acceptable. I do not recommend the Mexican restaurant.

「I paid around $500 extra for the VIP upgrade. Included was top shelf liquor. What they failed to mention was that while six friends were having their drinks delivered poolside I had to get out of the pool dry off get dressed and walk 5-10 minutes to the VIP room, which was the only way I could get my VIP drinks.
