"Upon arriving at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent condition of our room. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. After exploring the property and heading to the beach, we returned to find our bed meticulously arranged in a beautiful design, ready for us to get ready for bed. The small attention to detail was a lovely touch. The staff at the hotel was incredibly kind and helpful. Leudy, the front desk attendant, was particularly helpful during the check-in and check-out process. We can’t wait to return to this wonderful hotel!"

"If you don't book directly through the hotel you are treated very different. I called in advance to setup some things for our anniversary, basically they dropped the ball and we waited over two hours to check in past the 3pm check in time. Very upsetting!! They said that we would get the amenity order the next day instead of upon arrival and it never came and then didnt want to credit us. Horrible experience"
