「Place was nice but some things was Broken such as outlets and fridges. Also the staff English is not well. They all say different things as far as times for dinner etc. But overall we enjoyed our trip.」

「I had such a great experience at Breathless Resort, and I really want to highlight the amazing customer service we received. Edwin went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. He answered all of our questions whenever we needed him, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. 「Premium room wasn’t very clean, or ever dusted. Hard to get waters for your room or get your fridge restocked. TV was broken and I called and they never came to look at it. The workers knock very fast on the door and then just open it. The food was extremely terrible, especially the buffet. I got food poisoning and it ruined 3 days of my trip. Lived off of French fries and fruit. Buffet and restaurants are very unsanitary. Poolside service never brings you anything you order from them. The smell...

「Cons: Bathroom was dirty, shower head was broken, the entertainment staff were terrible. They didn’t engage anyone into doing anything, didn’t participate in 92% of activities, some of the staff were insanely rude. There was a roach that ran past the spice restaurant table, and staff don’t know how to handle complaints. At check out they asked me about the urine that we found on the toilet, why you asking me at check out? Pros: minus the roach, food was good. Plenty of pool space, family...
