「si eres expedia gold, te ascienden a premium level, el cual es excelente, muchos buenos beneficios. la playa del hotel está muy bien mantenida, al igual que todas las instalaciones, especialmente la parte de adults only. me encanto el hotel, aunque los edificios un poco antiguos, estan muy bien conservados. RECOMIENDO EL RESTAURANTE CHEZ, que es excelente, Los otros son regulares」

「Resort staff was amazing! Jaquain in the Dip’s pool bar was great! Our wonderful sever Alfanzo took notice to remember our names and made each visit more personal and memorable! So many great people, clean property, and excellent experiences! Easy to make dinner reservations through the app and keep up with daily activities. Close to the airport and very safe resort! The took care to remove any seaweed and clean the beaches and pool areas daily!」

「Room cleansing is the worst. It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues. The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal. This place was rated harshly because it is 4 stars.」

Unfortunately, it was not a good stay, the place itself is very very outdated, we changed the room 3 times, and they are all the same, very due for very serious renovation, basic stuff like toilets don’t flush, or flashes with boiling hot water, shower ether cold or scalding hot, the tile work in bathrooms gave me the impression that we are in Afghanistan, doors to balcony don’t close,...

「Nice property, rooms were clean. A lot of cats in the area and even in the outside dining area under your feet. We noticed that if you didn’t speak Spanish there was a delay in service. If you are fluent in Spanish you definitely will enjoy yourself.」
