Staff was amazing! Great resort with plenty of options for restaurants/ food and entertainment. Only cons- room could have been cleaned better and towels are hard to replenish as the resort is quite large with a lot of people and if you don’t request beach towels early, you won’t be able to get one. Same goes for dinner reservations. Long wait times unless you are able to reserve early

Our stay was great and staff (especially our concierge Jorge) were excellent to deal with. Rooms were clean and private. Only issues were with the very small lip at the base of the shower which caused water to flood onto the bathroom floor easily. Also the toilet seats would not stay up in the ope position when in use.
