「I got a 2 story rooftop with plunge pool and wanted privacy, there was none as you have glass balcony's so everyone could see you easily. I have stayed at other Excellence resorts and there was privacy. Very disappointing.」

「Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. However, there were a few issues we’d like to share as feedback. We had previously arranged a surprise for our anniversary, but communication stopped and it was never carried out. Also, towels were not replenished despite our request. On our last morning, we also found a very large cockroach in the bathroom. We understand this may happen in tropical areas, but we wanted to inform you. We hope this feedback helps improve future guests’ experiences.」
