「We had a wonderful stay here! Getaway for parents of young kids. The beach is fabulous. Went swimming in the ocean a couple of times. Pool is huge and separated into an activities/louder side, with a quieter part around the corner. Loved being able to go back and forth or choose on the day where we were going to set up. Food was excellent! Highly recommend the Asian and Italian restaurants, but we had great meals at all of them and minimal digestive issues. Didn't do any excursions or take in...

「The pool and beach are nice. However, the hospitality and other items (see below) were very poor and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout my stay. We had to wait more than 2 hours for check-in. The room was double-booked and there was a different family staying in the room. There was no apology for this, and it took another hour for the room to be offered again. There was no cooperation between the front desk and guest services, and everything took a long time to be done. I saw a guest...

「We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! 」

「Great stay, our kids had a blast in the pool, waterpark and beach. Plenty to do, night entertainment. Food was great at buffet and a lá carte restaurants. Staff is friendly. Thank you Juan at the Larimar buffet for your attentiveness. Would stay again!」
