Towels in the room would be nice, the TV did not work and many of the outlets did not work so it was hard to charge a device or use a hair dryer. But overall it was very clean and the staff were very friendly. And the location is great! I would stay again.

We will always have a soft spot in our hearts for the Marimba. My wife and I wish that we could buy it and restore it to its 1930s glory, while keeping it reasonably priced. The staff are great and we would tart there again on our next visit to Punta Cana.

I have been to the Dominican Republic multiple times and this is the worst hotel I have been to. The staff ignored me especially the Male in the front desk and there was roaches in my room. Yes roaches in 2026.

The hostess couldn't find my reservation, when she called her manager who finally did find it. He told me they had no more space. After debating for 30 minutes they finally got me a room. The room had to covers and was dirty.
