「Dernier soir avons dû attendre jusqu’à 21h pour pouvoir se doucher car la chambre n’était pas faite à notre retour à 18h. Avons dû appeler 5 fois pour que quelqu’un daigne venir pour que l’on puisse enfin se doucher. Hôtel très bruyant, vous entendez les spectacles depuis la chambre et ne parlons pas du nombre de fois où nous avons été réveillées durant la nuit par des cris extérieurs et dans les couloirs…」

「The ME property is well-kept, clean and very easy to maneuver. The room was much better than most and the staff were all polite and very helpful. The only negative about our stay here is the food at the buffet is average while the food at the specialty restaurants was good, but not outstanding. Overall, a very good resort which I recommend.」

「Room cleansing is the worst. It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues. The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal. This place was rated harshly because it is 4 stars.」

「Cats and dogs roam the property and are so friendly; bartenders at the pool bar were friendly and made good drinks; hostess at Thalassa dinner time was pleasant and helpful (e.g. pointing out vegetarian options on the buffet); servers at Tao Cat were pleasant and quick; servers at Thalassa dinner were pleasant; room attendants were diligent; room was clean and well kept (no issues); pool by the lobby was warm and clean; beach was clean of seaweed and enough chairs available. Waited 30 minutes...
