"Lobby was big open and inviting. Great first impression. Rooms were typical hotel rooms, perfect. We had a nice view of the ocean although over a few pools, still nice. Staff for the most part were great, friendly and accommodating. Language barrier here and there but you are in a different country. Food: buffet was a 4 out of 10. Some good options and some very bad options. Sat out for a little bit I think so choose carefully. The featured restaurants were awesome! 10/10 make sure you get reservations, the slots fill up fast as we missed out on our favorite place (Italian restaurant) the last night. Overall a great resort and would come back!!"

"Everything was perfect! We couldn't find anything wrong. The food, the staff, the whole structure, luxuries, how peacefully it was and well-maintained. We made an upgrade at the check in and they even add extra benefits for us including a free spa that was amazing. We enjoyed every moment and definitely we're planning on coming back."

"Melia Punta Cana Beach now holds a special place in my friends and I's hearts. We went there for a girls trip and to celebrate 2 out of 4 of our birthdays. From check in to check out we recieved fhe best hospitality from everyone. The food was great and had a very good variety daily. I especially loved that they included local favourites into every meal and lots of freah fruits ans vegtables. It is definately a wellness hotel and you got that in almost wvery moment. We were surprised wifhba birthday cake and sparkling wine and when we needed assistance someone was there anytime of the day. I have to give special mention to Frandy, Jacinth, Ruth & Karen from Guest services AWESOME TEAM!! Robert, Nico & Wilfred our awesome bellmen and drivers around the property, Renzo & Benjamin from the service staff, Pedro from the pool/towels area, Brandy and last but not least Cebi from the main gate. "Let me start off by saying the resort itself is beautiful and amazing. Its not a disgusting resort and nasty. I went in just trying to relax and had low expectations but for some reason those low expectations became worse than I thought. I have been to multiple all inclusives, one in Punta Cana and I have never experienced worse service ever. We landed late and had a long flight of which we got there and got our wristbands/hotel keys. We were told we had a private concierge of which we were promised. We asked if we could make any dinner reservations of which he said we could not when we arrived because the reservation woman was not working. We carried all our luggage to our hotel room to find out our room keys weren't working so the concierge guy made us walk all the way with our backpacks back to the lobby to then get the key fixed to then walk all the way back to our room again. Im pretty low maintenance but the fact he went you had a long flight you guys should get some rest to making us lug our backpacks like 4 times rubbed me wrong. I told him the dinner reservations we wanted to make of which he told us he would make and he was going to text us on whats app. I never recieved a text at all and then the next morning we discovered we could make reservations on a tablet for our entire trip of which we found out he never made reservations for us. "The food wasnt great. Its difficult to navigate, resulting in a lot of extra walking. Not a lot to do."

"The rooms were falling apart and the food was so bad. The beach was across a street. Security was also an issue. Staff in general were not attentive."

"This was a relaxing experience. All the staff were amazing!! Pedro is the best bartender!!!! Not a big drinker but he had me going for 2nd and 3rds!!!! Simple amazing!!! I would visit again "
