I did not receive any email notification on how to check in. This is not hotel. Those are apartments for rent with no pool or access to the beach. The phone number does not work and nobody answers emails. Terrible experience because I had to look for another place to stay at 10.30pm with a child. I am disputing the charges.

This place was clean and a good price. Right by the beach and the a/c worked very well, wifi seemed to work too, but I didn't use it a ton. However, it is definitely a bare-bones, budget option. I did not have hot water and only had a thin top sheet on my bed, which was not warm enough. I asked for a blanket, and was given another top sheet. Be aware that the restaurant next door has live music some nights, so it may be very loud until 10:30-11pm those evenings. If you go to bed early, this might not be the spot for you. As a place to stay for one night before checking into my airbnb, it was perfectly fine, but I personally wouldn't stay there for longer.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the staff was polite and helpful, and the location was excellent — just a 3-minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to markets and restaurants. The breakfasts were quite good. The hotel did not look old, and everything was in good condition, including the furniture, equipment, ventilation, and air conditioning system. During our vacation, we stayed in three different rooms. One room did not have a mosquito net on the window, while the other two did. In one room, the shower sprayer did not work properly. It would also be more convenient if all rooms had drying racks for clothes, as there was nowhere to dry them. These small issues prevented me from giving a higher rating. I would recommend this hotel, especially for a vacation for two. In terms of price and quality, it is a very good hotel.

Booked in April 2025 for January 2026 and was told we would have room 10 for our stay. Two weeks before arrival I reached out multiple times to no response. Never recieved the secure link email with check in instructions 24 hours before arrival. Tried calling the phone number listed and it was not operational. Had a local driver call and he said same. Emailed the GM with no resonse. Was not able to reach them in any way and had to book another accommodation that luckily had space after we arrived. Extremely stressful. Was ripped off and left stranded in a foreign country. Walked by there and saw they had guests so I guess they overbooked and didn't bother telling us. Not everyone is wealthy and can throw money around if sonething doesn't work out. Book this place at your own risk. Hopefully I'll get a refund through booking protection but not much faith in that now either since Expedia was zero help when trying to get help at the time. Will never use Expedia again and strongly advise anyone traveling to Punta Cana to only book a hotel with an actual front desk.

The staff was friendly and the room was what we needed. It was clean, had air conditioning, and it was close to the beach, stores and restaurants.

Terrible, la entrada era autónoma y nunca recibimos la orientación por parte del hotel para el ingreso, esperamos durante 4 horas para que al final nos cancelaran la reserva y debimos reservar otro para el mismo día, por supuesto no habían muchas opciones para ese momento y nunca nos dieron explicación de lo que ocurrió.
