「Everything was great ! Felt very safe staff was friendly only thing is I’d suggest a concierge just for excursions as I had t do those myself 」

「Room cleansing is the worst. It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues. The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal. This place was rated harshly because it is 4 stars.」

「Didnt really understand beach relation to hotel. Had to walk two blocks to only restaurant, as only other was a bar. Crazy part of town with tourist shops. Very authetic, but next door to unkempt messy beach boat places. A few blocks from the resort beaches. Real, as opposed to touristy. Welcoming door fellow spoke English. Inside staff didnt speak English. Room was really a multi room older apartment. Were just staying a night. Unique place and area. 」

「My stay at the Caribbean Apart Hotel was well worth the money I spent. The hotel staff is amazing and very helpful. The pool was clean and warm, although I did not spend much time around the pool because the beach was close and I travelled outside of Punta Cana a lot, I did appreciate access to a pool. The room was good for the price, did not have any issues at all - the air conditioner and hot running water was the best part. There are multiple empty lot on the street where houses haven’t been built. Many of these empty lots are trash dumping ground. There’s no reception area. You have to ring the bell from the street which is answered by the caretaker of the property who does not speak English at all. 「Pool was dirty, we had to wait 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room even though we arrived at 3pm (check in time ) they didn’t provide soap, and the AC wasn’t working good. Shower was rusty. It looked nice on the outside. 」

「The name is called Gardenia Apartments. We couldn’t find it when we arrived as the place was never mentioned by the agent I was talking to. He wasn’t answering my calls too when we arrived. And electricity bills should be paid by guests which will be charged before checking in. 」
