"We celebrated our 10 year anniversary here and instantly fell in love with the property. Diego was amazing and met with us EVERYDAY to assure we were well taken care of, truly detail oriented. We met a couple of great friends and a bunch of new family at the preferred club pool bar. Sebastian and Obispio were so kind, friendly, inviting and really made us feel like family.! Magalis Was incredible, she remembered my name and how I preferred my eggs cooked to order, Magalis is a standard setting team member and incredibly valuable asset to your staffing!!"

"My studio suite was comfortable, modern, and had a small kitchen that was perfect for preparing meals. I spent my mornings by the pool with a coffee in hand, just taking in the peaceful atmosphere. staff were friendly and always willing to help with directions or recommendations. beach was only a short walk away, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby."

"Mi reciente estadía en Zel Punta Cana fue, sinceramente, perfecta, viajar solo a un resort todo incluido puede ser a veces un poco impersonal, pero en este caso fue todo lo contrario. ¡No quería irme! ​La razón principal de esta calificación y de mi deseo absoluto de repetir no es solo la belleza de las instalaciones, sino la calidad humana y la profesionalidad de todo el equipo. ​Desde el momento en que llegué, me sentí genuinamente bienvenido. Quiero hacer una mención especial al gerente, Alexis López cuya atención al detalle y liderazgo es evidente en cada rincón del hotel, se nota que su equipo está motivado y trabaja con una pasión increíble. ​Cada interacción, desde el personal de recepción, el.concierge Raphy, los camareros en los restaurantes, los bartenders en resumidas cuentas todo el personal, fue de atención de primera, me hicieron sentir como un huésped VIP y, más importante aún, como si estuviera visitando amigos. "This property looked good on paper, but it was actually better in person. The staff was super helpful and friendly, the hotel was beautiful and modern and the food was amazing!! Especially the Asian and French restaurants. The bar right below the lobby of the hotel was our favorite because of the great service and friendliness of the staff. The service was sooo good that I need to give them a big shout out: Huge thanks to Narciso Juliany, Elisandra, Anabel, Dahainy, Gregory and Adreisy. Also at the Asian/Hibachi restaurant, we had the best cook (Patricio) preparing our meals. So engaging and full of energy and the food was outstanding!!! At the breakfast buffet we would always be serviced by Eusi Bido, he was one of the best and he always took care of us to the point that he would go above and beyond the call of duty. At the main pool, the entertainment was really good as well, those guys are full of energy and keep the crowd active and happy! The only two issues were that my room had a moldy smell and it was more intense at night time when we went to sleep. And we got the VIP package and were told that we would be able to get a late check out since our flight was late at night. The day I went to request it, the manager was not friendly or helpful and wanted to charge me if I needed to do a late check out. That left a bad taste in my mouth my last day at the resort. But overall, I love this property and will definitely come back with my family. "
