イースト コーストの五つ星ホテル

「Es un sueño ese hotel desde el trato hasta las instalaciones.」

「We had a fabulous stay at the Excellence Carmen. Our room (private pool) in the Excellence Club was great. Our particular room had a bit of a walk to main areas and beach but it was peaceful and had a beautiful pond with wildlife. We absolutely loved the staff - Hector, Hendri, and Carlos with the Entertainment group. Along with Epi at the Excellence Club bar. Our bartender at the Bliss bar was also wonderful! Thanks for making our stay memorable. Advice for others - pack bug spray!」

「We had an amazing time at Ocean El Faro! It was such a lovely family getaway, and we came home with wonderful memories. We enjoyed trying the different restaurants, and the steaks at the steakhouse were definitely our favourite! A special thank you to our butler, Hector, for taking care of us throughout our stay. He was a huge help with booking our restaurant reservations and was always there whenever we needed assistance. We did encounter a few problems with our room, but we truly appreciated...

「Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. However, there were a few issues we’d like to share as feedback. We had previously arranged a surprise for our anniversary, but communication stopped and it was never carried out. Also, towels were not replenished despite our request. On our last morning, we also found a very large cockroach in the bathroom. We understand this may happen in tropical areas, but we wanted to inform you. We hope this feedback helps improve future guests’ experiences.」

「The entire hotel was amazing. The food was excellent and delicious. The beach not so great since it is rocky and dirty at times, but just take three to five minute walk to your left along the beach and you will come to a nice area to swim next to a pier. But what really stood out to us was the customer service, specially the waitresses. In one occasion, one waitress had to walk to another restaurant to get us a particular drink we wanted because they had ran out. These people go an extra mile to...

「Excelentes instalaciones y servicio」

「I am very disappointed with the condition of the room. The room was extremely dirty, the bathroom had visible mold, and the sheets had noticeable stains. This is unacceptable and does not meet basic cleanliness standards expected from a hotel. I would appreciate an immediate resolution, an appropriate refund. Please address these concerns as soon as possible.」
