ウベロ アルト ホテル

「Love the people and the facilities. Will return. Just do not fall for 90 minute conversation about buying into Hyatt. It took over THREE hours. Wouldn't take no for an answer! Get the butler service!」

「Great staff for someone who doesn’t speak fluent Spanish. We loved our butler and the entertainment from Red, Johann, Priscilla, server Dario and so many more we forgot names. Definitely will come back to this resort.」

「The hotel was full of scammers and people that would take advantage of your money and scam you every way they could.」

「Hector from concierge was great. He made us aware of daily activities and booking our dinners. Roberto from the pool and MC of nightly activities was great. Very lively and made things more fun.」

「Didn’t like the inconsistency with things in the rooms. Didn’t like the front desk girl, very rude and not accommodating even with me pre picking my room (which I didn’t get). And the food was ok not the best.」

「Great property. Great for a relaxing family vacation」

「Very nice and attentive staff. Beautiful resort. However our room had concerns. Crooked tv, soaps in bathroom were empty, hair dryer didn’t work, tv remote broken, no consistent water pressure in room, access to a thermostat but limited to only a couple degrees, “fully stocked bar” in the room was only 4 beers and some soda.」

「Secluded. Quiet. Deep in the woods. Staff is amazing. All fun. The Chef is great, and breakfast is the best I have ever had.」
