"Great place to stay was exactly what was needed"

"Just returned from our 2nd trip to El Beso adults only at Ocean El Faro, and it won’t be our last. The hotel is beautiful and has one of the most impressive lobbies of any resort that we have visited. The piano bar in the main lobby was a highlight which we enjoyed most evenings. Despite being Spring Break, we were able to enjoy the many restaurants and the reservation system was very user-friendly. We were especially impressed by the quality of the steaks that we enjoyed at several of the restaurants. Special thanks to José, our concierge, who catered to us during our stay and was able to promptly assist us with all of our questions and special requests. He helped to make our stay very memorable and seamless. Special thanks to Christina and Isaac at Pez Dama for the excellent service. ElBeso at ElFaro is excellent value for money and we will definitely be returning again. "

"This hotel was super clean with great amenities..food was all very tasty...drinks were strong...our room was always cool and our pool was heated wich is always a plus...shows and d.j every night and a club to dance at..would recommend to anyone"

"Need more shopping areas. The room in general Was clean and comfortable. There was mosquitos and ants in the pool area of my room"

"The rooms don’t include basic necessities e.g wash cloth, proper towels. The towel are torn up and the prices of food on the resort are extremely overrated, leave the resort & go to the main area. I was referred by a local to visit Noah Restaurant, it was amazing & the prices are clear VS the resort everything is in pesos, so u get tricked easily. Workers at the resorts are nice & helpful.. also, the location of the resort is far away from the main area abt 50 mins out. The ride from PUJ to the resort is abt an hour.."

"The home was great—clean and a beautiful property! Loved the gym onsite. Our only small complaint was that it seemed to be missing a few simple items that would make the stay a bit more comfortable. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms or kitchen, no bath mats on the floors so they always felt wet, and a few basic kitchen prep items like a cutting board, etc were missing. That said, it’s still a great home and we would definitely recommend it."
