"There was a shortage of lounge chairs around the pool and on the beach by the afternoon. Also it would be nice if more padded chairs were available. If you wanted one, you had to get there before 6:00AM. We were there 3 years ago and the food was very good. This year we were very disappointed…example: no lobster at the Lobster Lounge, we couldn’t even get into the Hibachi during our 7 day stay. We had a terrible experience at the Sports Bar. The entertainment at night was horrible."

"Finest Punta Cana is a beautiful, modern, and very clean resort that’s perfect for families. We traveled with our three-year-old and eleven-year-old, and both absolutely loved the experience. There are plenty of family-friendly activities, and we never had any trouble finding pool chairs or beach beds, which made the whole stay feel relaxed and easy. We stayed in a room with an outdoor mini-pool on the balcony overlooking the main pool, which was stunning and a really special touch. We also had the Excellence Club experience, which gave us access to a few extra restaurants, a separate beach area, and an exclusive pool. It’s a great upgrade, but you can definitely have a wonderful time here without it. This was our third time at the resort, and we would absolutely come back again."

"Excellence El Carmen was "AMAZING". It lives up to its name. Multiple restaurants, food was delicious, friendly staff, plenty of bars and the weather was fabulous. You can't ask for much more. I highly recommemd staying in the Excellence Club. Complete suite of amenities. Looking to book a return visit."

"I went to the beach. No hot tub. Did not get in the pool. The room was clean. I did not eat at the restaurants other than Coco Mar. I planned my trip and airfare through Expedia. I enjoyed the trip a lot and plan on going back again next year "

"The rooms, amenities, restaurants and food were awesome. The only hiccup was at the fesca bar was tough to get service at times. Never when Julian was working. He was amazing where ever he was scheduled and it seemed like he was everywhere. Lol Always walking around with a smile on his face checking on everyone to see they had everything they needed. Special shout out to our VIP concierge Josè Miguel Jimenez. I have never had a concierge before and now I don't if I could vacation without one. Josè made our entire stay amazing and hassle free. Not once did I ever have to go looking for him. He checked in with me both in person and via text throughout the day to see if there was anything we needed. He made sure what activities and events were happening each day. He made our stay so relaxing. The next concierge we have on vacation will have very big shoes to fill. "

"The home was great—clean and a beautiful property! Loved the gym onsite. Our only small complaint was that it seemed to be missing a few simple items that would make the stay a bit more comfortable. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms or kitchen, no bath mats on the floors so they always felt wet, and a few basic kitchen prep items like a cutting board, etc were missing. That said, it’s still a great home and we would definitely recommend it."
