「En general bien, pero la infomación en recepción no estaba bien, nos indicaron que 2 restaurantes abrian 7:30 y no fue así, abrian 8:30 asi que al momento de acudir a desayunar antes de nuestro tour estaba cerrado, fuera de eso, la ubicación muy buena, ideal para familias」

「If you’re looking for a hotel right in the center of everything and close to the beach, but not on the beach… This is the hotel for you! However, if you want a comfortable and cozy room with a nice hotel or resort like feel, don’t stay here. You can tell they rushed their renovations and there is a roach issue. Also, they didn’t have a blankets or extra linen. The view from the rooftop pool was also good. The cleaning ladies were not very friendly or helpful. I would never stay there again. 」

「Room cleansing is the worst. It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues. The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal. This place was rated harshly because it is 4 stars.」

「The place overall is very nice. They take pride in maintaining the grounds and property. You have to keep in mind the salty air will corrode some items around the property. But the staff was painting, cleaning and landscaping the entire time we were here. It’s a very beautiful place and we would return. The service was amazing also.
