"The property is in a very unsafe area. It’s actually in the hood. The cabin a very small room, not one bedroom as advertised. There is a public pool and BBQ grill for the whole property. Don’t be fooled by the pictures showing a private pool right behind the cabin. I only rated this property more than a 1 only because of the owner William who is a very kind man and apologized for the misrepresentation of the property… Other than that, that property is a 1 or lower and I barely post a review, but...

"Very welcoming. They helped us with our luggage and were very helpful throughout our entire stay. Check in was easy. The resort is beautiful. Rooms were espectacular. The only complaint was that it was very difficult to reserve a spot at any of their a la carte restaurants. We were there for five days and were only able to reserve one restaurant and we looked immediately upon arrival. "

"Well, the staff was working hard a d very welcome.
The only thing that i didn't liked was the sales process of the Xpand package. It looks like was a scam. The way how they offer this Xpand club package, offering you to have breakfast in one of their premuim restaurants and have the breakfast with the sales person and all my family, spend almost 3 hours to present Xpand Club. I was not buying a house, plus the kids were waiting for us to enjoy our time together. I was at rhe hotel to relax and enjoy.
The bottom line they should find a better transparent way of Xpand package. This experience lack the trust for trying other activities. As I said and was reading layer other reviews they shared the same as scam feeling.
Also the smell maybe because od the seaweed season.
As for the safety, cleaning, maintenance, drinks, food and animation team everything was very good."

"Nothing good to say here!!! I booked a stay and the owner cancelled the reservation because of maintenance being done. I cancelled that and booked it for the next week. Only to find out later that he refuses to refund my initial booking. Even though he cancelled it and it was cancelled not even an hour after i booked it. Expedia tried numerous times to help but had no luck!! The rental company he uses refuses to respond. Even though in their paper work it says if the owner cancels or it’s canceled before noon the day before the stay it will be refunded. All lies!
There were other problems with the air conditioning as well. Spent a day without ac and then 3 hours with maintenance there watching them tear everything apart.
There’s also one security guard that is on a power trip as well. It’s absurd to deal with this one guard.
The owner is a joke! Tried numerous times to get in touch but good luck if you want to give this place a go.
