I have been to Punta Cana about 16 times and this is one of the best resorts. The food is excellent. Not one bad meal. Staff are very friendly. Great water park for children. Rooms were well maintained and just the right size. We loved the beach and lots of loungers at any time of day. Can’t say one bad thing about this place. We will go back. A very positive experience for the whole family. Thanks Dreams Flora for making our vacation a step above all the rest.

The property is gorgeous. Plenty of activities to do. The teen club was a big hit with my kids and gave us parents the chance to do activities in our own. The spa is delightful. The staff is super friendly and the pool bartenders really aim to please.

The excellent customer services of the staff. enough about the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome that made me feel right at home. Housekeeping kept the room spotless, and even the restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure every meal was perfect. What stood out the most was how attentive and caring everyone was—it's clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. Special thanks to Nathanael for going the extra mile! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for not just a comfortable stay, but truly outstanding service.

Dreams Flora far exceeded our expectations. We don't usually do all-inclusive resorts, but this one really worked out well. The food was very good, from the breakfast buffet to the other dining options, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was the friendliest resort staff that we have ever encountered. Very helpful and willing to go above and beyond for anything that we needed. We would absolutely stay here again, and actually are planning on it in the future.

Decent size, clean rooms, although air conditioning insufficient. Poor quality food overall, except breakfast, maybe. Drinks were terrible - could not be sure that the brands were authentic; sodas were all artificial - no diet free alternatives. Hijacked by desperate staff at the onset to join preferred club and Hyatt membership ! Vouchers provided were intentionally misleading.
