"The staff were incredibly helpful and available for anything you needed. Amenities were beautiful and everything was clean. The night entertainment was light but still nice. The buffet was good but not as many options. overall it is a very family oriented resort for a more relaxing experience. water park was amazing and i would absolutely go back. Thank you Ana!"

"We had no water for 2 days and then the ac stopped working it was very humid to where u couldn’t even sleep then when we called somebody to come check it out they said they were sending somebody and never sent them and we called twice the reception kept hanging up the phone,the elevator smelled terrible the buffet food was awful and the pool looked like they didn’t even throw and chemicals in it over All if your a very clean and like atleast 4 star hotels then it’s definitely not for you I know I won’t go back there!0stars"
