「The experience at Hotel Gran Real Punta Cana II in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, was disappointing. The hotel indicated that it had not received the reservation payment from Expedia, and staff stated that similar issues had affected other Expedia guests. In addition, the hotel is located in an area that may not feel secure to some travelers. Its address is difficult to...

「La propiedad en si es una obra maestra es muy hermosa pero tristemente los empleados especiales los de relaciones públicas deben mejorar y mucho.」

「What a gorgeous hotel!! And centralized location. It was close to all the main attractions I had on my list. Not far from the airport too. Really wonderful and caring staff. Superb facilities, there’s never a boring time with lots to do while enjoying the relaxing environment. I hope to come back some day. Had my birthday here and BEST CHOICE! I’ll always look back at my stay with joy.」

「En el último piso por tener techos tan altos el aire acondicionado no logra enfriar bien el espacio y es un poco incómodo para dormir」

「Ok」

「Nice place nice people clean I loved everything」
